Receptionist check in very unpleasant I asked for sheets blanket and pillow for pull out gave me pillow with no pillow case and had no sheets .

Rooms too small. Commode was small, outdated, and didn’t work, no parking, not well lit, hard to find, breakfast awful and only available for part of designated time. Woke in the night by a woman (possibly prostitute) at 1 o’clock beating on my door. Cost too high for this poor quality. Etc

There was no Hot water (Luke warm showers) internet for TV did not work most of the time and Breakfast was only eggs and waffles. Apparently, a group of 40 was the reason. Obviously can't accommodate all guests during Breakfast hours.

The smell in the room was of a wet rag, had to open a window all night because the air was not breathable. It was better after a few hours with the window open. Cleaning was below average for the bathroom.

The room was kinda not that clean, fridge was not working well freezer had ice coming out of it and broken freezer for. Beds were clean but the rest was only ok. No bags in trash cans coffee pot didn't really work. There was what looked like mold on the ceiling above one bed

The microwave didn't work. The coffee pot was hit and miss. We were on the main roadside, so it was really noisy all night long. We even had one person come in at 4am with his music blaring in his car.

Staff was very friendly and when our first room smelled like urine she moved us and apologized over and over. The location was good and there are a few restaurants in the area. The queen beds were comfortable.

The microwave in our room didn't work and the coffee pot was hit and miss. You can tell that they are trying to update this hotel but it isn't quite there yet. If you room is on the wrong side, you will definitely hear the traffic all night long.

Breakfast was ok. Location was good for us. The staff at the front desk was always very friendly and when we got a room that smelled like urine they instantly moved us. The first time we stayed there they put us away from the road which was night. I would recommend asking for this.

The rooms were not well kept up on. The shower curtain rod was coming off the wall. The toilet tank cover did not fit it was to small to small fir toilet. A homeless man sat on the furniture every morning and every evening. Not to good for business. We felt uncomfortable.

The stain in the room and the fact that the bathroom light didn’t work were compensated by the fact that the staff was so nice and professional until breakfast!! it all went downhill from there you’ve got a lady that is not meant for that job!! Surely your overall business is more important than letting her get away with that. Difficult, snotty, sarcastic, almost ruined our day.

I would say the breakfast was fairly decent eggs and potatoes didn't look appetizing at all but they do have lots of other things, I felt safe inside the location but that's a different thing when you go outside.

My carpet in my room left black residue on my shoes and socks, they need to be shampooed or replaced. Maybe it was from the asphalt or tar in parking lot areas around hotel or the access road.
