We had to wait almost 2 hours to get in the room. Once we finally got in the room there were no sheets on the bed no towels and I had been traveling for 15 hours straight. People hanging out in the hallway playing music it was like they were living there with no regards for anyone else

I only liked the fact that it was close to the freeway and different stores

we had to check in our rooms in a separate building. Then we had to go to the other facility for breakfast. Which was the chinciest breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. We won't be using this hotel again.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, there were no hangers to hang clothes on nor any drawers.

The facilities are old, they are trying to upgrade. They need to get the riff raft out of the hallways they sleep in chairs through out the night and the pool is nice just needs more chairs, access to pool towels made easier not have to walk all the way to another hotel for a towel

The guy with the longer hair runs the front desk is AWESOME, fast check in really nice

Rooms were outdated and not the cleanest. Carpets look stained, window screen were ripped , there was no microwave or coffee machine in the room. Bed was comfy and sheets were clean but the pillows were old and flat, no extra pillows or blankets available. Phone did not ring to front desk, just a busy signal. Was very loud. You can hear everything and everyone in the halls. I would rather pay more $ for better hotel next time but if money is an issue - it works.

Breakfast was decent. Coffee, orange juice, cereal and milk, waffle batter and iron, yogurt, muffins. Description says breakfast on the go but the signs say do not remove food or take food to you room. Area was close to where we needed to travel to. Check in and check out was easy and fast. Staff were friendly and efficent. Good amount of parking. Wifi was good. Had a fridge in the room.

The staff was polite and helpful, except the overnight person should have kept the peace. I'm sorry I got the reviews mixed up, but I don't want to do them over.

On the way to hotel a power line was down because someone ran into the power pole. I couldn't use my CPAP machine and kids were running around and yelling, adults were talking loud and shouting. It went on until nearly 11 p.m. . I was so keyed up I didn't drop off untill around 5:30 a.m.. that's how I knew the lights came on at 4:22 a.m..

Everything in the hotel/room is dirty & old. Carpets smelled of smoke, stains all over the bed sheets, furniture is broken, bathroom fixtures were falling apart, a/c had a loud rattle. They required a $50 cleaning deposit in case the room is trashed. They should have paid me. It's filthy and in desperate need of an update.
