First room was dirty, still had dirty towels from previous guest hanging up on shower rod. Toilet dirty fridge dirty, sheets and covers dirty. Second room was cleaner but still had dirty covers and stained sheets.

Breakfast stared at 6:30. We had to be up and out by 6:15, but weren't able to grab a bite to eat first because of this. 6:00 breakfast would be great

My air conditioner was not working Bathroom mirror light was blink8ng on and off. Staff was great Breakfast was satisfactory but more (clean eating options) would be great.

The elevator was broken most of the trip, and the carpet was gross in our room. The printer in the business center did not work.

Cleanliness seems to be an issue. I had leftover food in my refrigerator. The floors in my unit and in the hall that I was located had stains (assume dog urine although some may have been spilled liquids) that obviously had not been cleaned- no odour so I assume some cleaners/disinfectant had been used. On checking out, my statement included charges for 2 dogs, as I only had 1 dog I brought that fact to the clerk who in turn went on his computer to make the adjustments and provide a new statement. Although the new statement reflected the proper billing it indicated an o/s charge of $35 (dog) however the clerk indicated that charge would disappear ? That evening at my next stop, I reviewed my visa account on line and it indicated total charges of $575.50 and total credits of $273.50. This leaves a charge against my visa of $302.00 however the charge should be $168.50(the actual cost of my room for the night of April 12. As these are pending charges against my Visa card ,I am waiting until they are posted to see if every thing is correct. Obviously if they are correct I have to contact the hotel to try and resolve the matter. Hopefully everything will work out

Its location. Depending when I leave for Florida or leave to go home ( time wise) it is a good destination.

Check in staff wasnt friendly and couldnt find the reservstion at first. The elevator had been just fixed when we got there and broke down again in less than 24 hours. The air conditioner wouldnt regulate the temperature in the room. It had a refrigerator but it didnt work either. Plus, the TV had to be messed with to get it to come on and took time to recieve channels.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Room was surprisingly unclean and under expectations for a Country Inn & Suites. Elevator was also out of service. Staff members smoking right at the front door. My children had to walk through their exhaled smoke to get out the hotel front door.

The elevator were not working major inconvenience you can tell that someone sat on the edge of the bed they left it a little messed up and the bathroom had some small hairs in the bathroom and the tub was very noisy when steeping in certain spots

Even though we got a room without a working TV they told us before checking us in and gave us a good discount the bed was comfortable and the room was nice

The facility seemed like it needed an upgrade. The carpet was old and worn throughout. The one elevator they had was out of order (we stayed on the third floor). The room was ok, but there was no top sheet on the bed, only a comforter. That was a little weird.

It was adequate overall. The free breakfast was good. The staff was nice, but were aware there are issues.
