For the price paid, I would have expected the room to be serviced daily. I stayed 5 nights and as my bedding had not been refreshed by the 4th night (and when the bed was made, all that happened was that the top covers had been tidied up. Pillows were as I had left them), on the 5th night I slept in the second bed. The bathroom was cleaned, but it was only on the 4th day that my waste bins were emptied.

Very convenient for shops, restaurant and beach. There were plenty of electrical points in the room and on the headboards of the beds.

It was a little pricey but it was spring break. The bathrooms need to be remodeled

The hotel was in a great location. Loved that it was a restaurant on site. And the gift shop had nice items. The bed was comfortable.

We were only spending one night before our cruise from Port Canaveral. This was a great location for us to be close to port, right next to Walgreens for last minute supplies and walking distance to the beach. Perfect for what we were looking for. The staff were great!!

Restaurant in the hotel was marginal. It was clean, but they had insufficient number of wait staff. The meal we had there was okay, but obviously prepared hours in advance of our time of eating.

My only complaint was the pool area. It was a little dirty.

I loved having the restaurant & bar downstairs. I was only there for a night & drove all day so being able to stay on property for everything I needed was perfect.

- Pool and jacuzzi had quite a bit of sand at the bottom of both, wish it was a little cleaner. The waterfall in the pool is also on a timer and shuts off at 6:30. - After second night of sleeping there our backs were starting to hurt from the bed. - And the second day we were there a family of 4 checked in one room away from us and their kids were screaming and running down the halls, banging on doors and the parents were doing nothing to stop them, and a dog kept barking in the late and early hours of the night. Told staff and they immediately were able to find the person with the dog and called them, but I couldn’t figure out which room the parents and their kids were in till the day we checked out so unfortunately we had to hear that for the majority of our stay.

Very nice and clean room, staff was super nice and helpful. Ron Jon is literally right next store, and a Starbucks and other gift shop is a part of the hotel which was nice.

No issues with Hotel Did have issues with there reservation department, Due to Reservation department scheduled for multiple hotels, that were not as knowledgeable about the hotel, Example knowledge on how shuttle service worked and fees associated,

The morning Cook was Loud, Profane, Rude, and Abusive to the Servers and didn't care that the customers could hear everything. The first morning we wanted to try a breakfast pizza, yet they didn't have any dough. The next morning, we ordered the breakfast pizza and it was horribly burned. We were afraid to say anything, because we could hear the cook berating the Server, but she insisted that we have it sent back and a new one made. The new one was only slightly less burned, but we ate it anyway...we didn't want to hear the Cook swearing and carrying on again. I had asked for a special request in our room for when we got to the Hotel, received message that they could do it, yet, it wasn't done!!! It's off-season, we are Florida Residents, and the Hotel was not busy, so, feel like they could have stepped up a little to make our stay feel special, especially when I pointed out that we were staying for our Anniversary weekend.

Room was very clean and the cleaning Staff was exceptional. Other Hotel Staffing at the Front desk were helpful and pleasant. Servers in the Restaurant were exceptional. Love being close to the Beach and having things nearby to do, which is part of the reason why we wanted to stay at this location.

Rooms should be cleaned and beds made daily. Staff were good in providing towels when needed, but I don't like sleeping in an unmade bed.

We had an alarm drill in the middle of the night which interrupt our dreams. Very bad for a vacation time.

3 blocks from the beach, the beach is very waving and agitated most of the time. Room is good but the closet is very small and only has one drawer, the beds with excelente mattress and good pillows. Good Air Conditioning. The bathroom had a toilet that keeps flushing. A technician came and shortened the chain but after 2 days it return to flush continuously.
