A little more substantial breakfast would have been nice but overall good continental breakfast.

It was a great location and very accommodating. Beds were really comfortable. The restaurant connected to hotel was great!

very convenient location - 5 minute walk to the historic plaza and presidential palace and other sights in the old town. Just parked the car at the hotel and left it there for our whole visit. $10 per day for car parking was reasonable. room was comfortable and spacious.

It’s a bit dated, has a pointless pool in the parking lot that nobody uses. Breakfast was just some grab and go muffins, which is a joke.

Great location and sufficient parking at a more reasonable price in the area.

Breakfast was disappointing, especially compared to our stays in Taos and Albuquerque. Prepackaged items were put out, but there were no tables to sit at and eat comfortably, even though there was an attached restaurant where we could see tables through the glass door. Had to make due with stuffed lounge chairs and cocktail tables, which were awkward.

The location was excellent - a comfortable walking distance to the Santa Fe Old Town and museums

Breakfast was unacceptable. No healthy food except for fruit. At $200/night (incl taxes) the hotel should have provided better.

Staff was very helpful. LIked that enough coffee capsules were supplied. Please was pretty clean.

Make sure to provide a slip resistant mat in shower so others don't slip and fall like I did. Shower door won't stay closed. You have to put something in rail to keep it closed. Could use blind on bathroom window. Housekeeping should not be so insistent in coming in to clean at 10:30 a.m. when check-out is 11:00 a.m. Santa Fe itself lacks reasonable taxi or ride share services. Told by evening desk that services are slow and very costly. Luckily we had family to come pick us up.

We loved it when it was Garretts. You did a good job updating. Comfortable and the office staff and front desk people are really nice. Location is great.

The bathrooms gets super steamy while showering and the paint bubbles up on the ceiling. I ended up cracking the small window in the bathroom to let out some of the steam. A ceiling vent would help tremendously. Also the drawers in the vanity have holes drilled in them for hardware but there was no hardware.

Great walking to the shops and eating locations. The hotel sits about 2 blocks off of the square. It was nice to be able to walk purchases back to the room and not have to lug them around everywhere.
