Not a thing. They run a great place

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Room was very clean and when our window got stuck, she knew exactly what to do and came right away! We even had a talk about knitting/crocheting since she saw my yarn bag, so very personable people. i would recommend and we plan on returning because of location,cleanliness and how attentive they were. So no complaints whatsoever about this property or stay. Very quaint place. We were very pleased with our stay.

Door keys didn’t work consistently. A continental breakfast was included in the price, but when we arrived, the front desk person told me that there will not be a continental breakfast due to the fact that there weren’t many guests at the hotel. Big disappointment! Also, the middle of February in Erie can be quite cold. We were only given a thin blanket and thin comforter. I asked for more blankets and was given 2, but I had to double my layers of clothing for bedtime.

The mattress was fine, but nearing the end of its life - it was a little creaky. There was heat on all of the time in the bathroom, but we were able to shut the door so it didn't make the rest of the room too hot.

The room was very clean, and nicely updated. The laminate tile floors were nice and clean - so much better than carpet! The shower was roomy and the blinds were great - very little light leakage! The breakfast choices were simple, but fine.

Would of liked a storm door on our room. We like keeping the door open.

Breakfast was satisfying . My husband is handicapped and can't get in a tub. The shower was wonderful for him.

This was just not a $162/night facility. For that price, you'd at least expect a hot complimentary breakfast, but they had a "continental" breakfast, instead. Old building, old furniture, and only a door separating us from the guests next door, whose conversations we could hear clearly.

The Glass House Inn was certainly adequate - clean, convenient to I-79. In fact, if it had been priced in the $85-100 range, we'd have no complaints.

How high the step into the room is. I have a walker and my partner has bad knees. From the street it looks like the entrance is flat. Never checked for handicap access because it looked flat.

Both nights/days my neighbors were very loud. It would stop around 11 pm and start back up at 8 am. I get people are on vacation, but they were like slamming against the walls and screaming constantly. It really stressed me out and I felt I couldn’t tell the front desk being a solo female traveler, I didn’t want any sort of retaliation.

The pool was awesome and clean. The room was nice. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. No stains on bedding. Everyone who worked there was nice. Good variety for continental breakfast.

There wasn’t much comfortable seating in the room, a small desk chair and an accent chair in the corner. The beds were very comfortable and the room was pleasant. Not a huge deal.

Parking could be very convenient, but due to my late return I did have to park a little farther away. No big deal though. The breakfast decent. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The step in shower was convenient due to a knee injury that I had and being in a leg brace. Plenty of ice was available also, which was much appreciated due to the need for icing my knee after a long day.

In town sight seeing. This was a cute little place to stay. Room was clean with recent remodeling done. AC and small coffee maker worked, that's all I wanted to be happy! Would stay there again.

I didn’t like that there was no hot water when I took a shower. I also didn’t like that I wasn’t aware or informed that if you didn’t have a credit card that you only have a debit card they charge you 150 on ur debit or in cash. I feel like I should have been notified about this before booking paid and arrived there then was told.

I like my own parking slot I also very much enjoyed being room number 45 ! it’s in the corner it was very cool to be off on my own area.
