We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Canadawe stayed 2 nights once before our cruise and the second after the cruise. the first time was good, the second not so good. The person on the front desk could not stay focused on us. I must have been asked 5 times to show my id. The floor in the room was dirty and the air conditioner fan was very loud (first night room on 2nd floor but was much quieter the 2nd time room on the 6th floor)

I liked that I was able to be away in solitude. The only thing near was McDonald’s and Dennys. I found the yellow green farmers market three minutes away by cab and wish I knew ahead of time. (Saturday and Sunday only)

United States of AmericaOverall good experience- no complaints I took note of the facilities being constantly maintained and improved - there were a couple machines in the little gym that I didn't see how to get powered on, but I didn't make any mention of them to the staff at the time bc it didn't interfere with anything I had to do.
The staff is great! - they were all very kind and helpful and quick to attend to needs. The place overall was clean, modern, and accommodating. The amenities-pool and gym- are simple, well kempt, and relaxed. The location was good : near 24 hour diner, major highway and mass transit stations. Also not too far from several plazas.
