Really cool property with great rooms and upstairs bar. I accidentally left my jewelry in the room after check out and front desk attendant “z” tracked down and bagged up for me to retrieve. Thank you!!

The only thing I could pick out is maybe how expensive it is to use the pool. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where you have to pay for the pool that’s in the hotel but I will say it didn’t put me off and it was still lovely.

This hotel is amazing and I honestly felt lucky/grateful to be able to stay here. They have the details down to a T and the decor is stunning. Staff at reception are so friendly and happy to help with whatever you may need. The coffee shop is also very nice!

Wish it was a little closer to broadway, but honestly it wasn’t that bad and the hotel itself made it worth it!

I don’t like how you have to book online for the pool area, also was really shocked at how small it was. As we stayed for 4 days didn’t get a chance to enjoy pool time. Also the fact when we were on the roof top, they didn’t do food service outdoors. Also the coffee area downstairs, I noticed the chairs as were having breakfast were very dusty and dirty,

I love this Dilly inspired hotel and all the colors. I love the service and rooms were super cute. I location was very convenient.

The critters bar was only open some days of the week so we didn’t get to go during our trip.

Beautifully designed and decorated, you can tell from when you first walk in. The room was lovely and comfortable, lovely shower and aircon was powerful. The rooftop bar and the cocktails were great.

Staff working at the White Limozeen was rude. I wish there was a little card by the phone that said to just dial zero for the front desk, besides the texting to get a hold of somebody.

The hotel was decorated beautifully, the bed was extremely comfortable and the air-conditioning worked great! It was very convenient having Pointdexter in the lobby for coffee and breakfast sandwiches every morning as well.

Two of the elevators were out of order upon check-in. Before we left, the express elevator to the bar had been fixed but the other elevator was still out of order. I wouldve also liked to have had more drink options at the coffee shop like orange juice, sode etc.

The decor, staff, room were all incredible. I loved how colorful everything was! The attention to detail was unmatched!

Staff in White Limozeen was friendly. However, when we went there one late evening, the first 2 wines I requested from the menu, the bar did not have. That was a little disappointing.

Fun eclectic hotel in a wonderful location. Accommodations and bedding are so comfortable. Staff was ready to be of any assistance.

Everything. The aesthetic was amazing. I love every graduate I’ve been to, but this one is so perfect for the location. It’s THE hotel for a girls trip/bachelorette but even my boyfriend who I dragged with me loved it and would stay again.

No water in the rooms

The location is perfect and the hotel is decorated in a way that feels homely and gives a sense of deja vu, as if you have been there before. Truly beautiful.

No snacks available anywhere in the hotel after hours 🤨 Seriously- a vending machine is needed!! Something, anything!!

The house coffee was terrible and the line for handmade coffee was unacceptable. If you provided better house coffee, the line of irritable people would be shorter, everyone would be happier. Long lines at reception for check-in would be greatly improved by a second staff member.
