Only four chairs available and mostly cold water. The floor was dirty.

Nice chalet. Very convenient for Grand Canyon visits. Superb views of the stars. Very quiet.

The location given in the maps is wrong. We were international travelers and going to a wrong location in dark and in a forest is scary.

Cute little house for six of us.

Hot water heater lukewarm if you let the water run for awhile but wasn’t enough to take a full shower or wash dishes there was a $60 cleaning fee but guest has to wash and take care of dishes (no towels, wash clothes or plug for kitchen sink),and take out trash. The mile long wash board muddy road and drive way was an experience. The little house was darling and very comfortable just need some fine tuning

It was cold and snowing when we went so we used the heater. The main area was heated fine but in the bedroom cold air was circulating through the vent.

Quiet. Close to Grand Canyon entrance.

The matresses in the room up the stairs were really poor. And there was only cold water in the shower.

Good Tiny Home at a good price. Much closer to the South rim than if we had stayed in Williams (our original plan) - although it is in the middle of nowhere. Has good facilities - full kitchen, nice bathroom and good beds.

It doesn’t fit 8 comfortably. It would be perfect for four adults and two young kids for the loft. Other than that, it was a good location and a sweet little house.

The tiny home was very nice and cozy, with lots of space. It was close to the Grand Canyon and had a great view of the stars at night. We arrived a little late, but we could just use the code to get in. The property sent lots of information about check-in and directions that were very helpful.

We missed a bottle opener in the kitchen and perhaps some indications about how to use the oven and wifi pass (we had to ask the neighbours). But these are minor things in a great stay!

It is a real home! So nice, well isolated and warm for winter time and super location to visit the Grand Canyon!

The bed sheets were not clean and appeared to have pet hair. We didn't discover this until after the office was closed and we were stuck without usable sheets.

New construction about as close as you can get to the grand canyon without staying in the entrance village.
