Pricey restaurant and room. I understand it is a tourist attraction. Bed was a little hard, and there was daylight around the door. Noise from neighboring rooms made it difficult to sleep.

Location to Grand Canyon. All necessary facilities.

The lighting in the parking lot--there really wasn't any. The AI interface when checking in. It worked okay but people were talking in the entry area as they came in and out making it difficult to hear and understand the on screen reservation host. The ice machine didn't work.

The room decor fit the area outside the Grand Canyon but wasn't over the top. The room was also spacious and the beds were comfortable. After a day at the Grand Canyon it was a great place to spend the night and get a good night's sleep before continuing our vacation.

Room was clean, but outside everything is a mess. We stayed in the building across the road. It is very dark at night, no lights. Inside it was almost impossible to get a lamp working so we had to use our phones 😉, quite an adventure. Checking in was just silly, a computer screen in a robot thing with a guy from a call center somewhere in India 🥴, he was very friendly but is this the future of tourism in the US?

Close to Grand Canyon. We have stayed here before and it is Okay and cheap, room and bathroom were very clean, good beds. Nice shop next to the hotel, if open, nice cars too to make some photos

Wifi not working, coffee machine not working. Some hassle with the roomkey, we got locked out one day. Toilet kept running. Banging mirror everytime you close the bathroom door. Old/poorly isolated rooms, we could hear our top neighbors very loud.

25 min. ride to the Grand Canyon. 2 restaurants near the hotel to choose from, the one across the street makes fresh pizza's for a good price. The room and beds were comfortable, note: this was NOT in the bunker building other people mentioned, it might help to check in early to not end up in the bunker building.

I believe the price that they charged was little bit to high , the price for the place should have been at list $40 less, compared with other places that we have stayed, and the breakfast was not even included, we had to pay $20 per person for it.

The check-in process was odd as it's done virtually. While effective, it is a bit annoying that everytime I entered the restaurant, they would call out to me from the monitor asking if I were checking in.

Nice location and clean rooms. 👌 Would be nice to have in-room microwaves, however.

The first room I was given was definitely not what I booked. It was tiny, had an overwhelming bleach smell and had chickens outside trying to get in our room. It was across from the main hotel at the motel/bunkhouse.

Once we were moved to a new room the stay was pleasant…clean, decent room. The staff in person at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful.

Shouldn't advertise that there is a pool as it is completely unusable - dirty and green in colour when we were there. Wifi didn't work the first night we were there.

Location great for Grand Canyon - 20 min drive. Fuel stop and shop with everything you need. Room was a good size and had all you need. Parking outside room and easy to get to.

When entering the lobby, you're greeted by a weird video screen connected to a live person offsite. He couldn't hear us so told us to check in in the lobby, where there was a person. Not sure what the deal with that was. The next day, going to the restaurant, the woman on the video screen asked if she could help us, and then just directed us to the restaurant. Saw other people just ignore the screen and walk through... not sure what the point of the video call is?

Room was decently sized, good location for trips into the Grand Canyon.

The room wasn't very clean (carpet behind the beds was probably last vacuumed sometimes in 1960s), but other than that - the room was nice and we had a vintage motel experience : )

Great value, location is half an hour to Mather Point in Grand Canyon. We checked in late at night, and extended our stay which the staff accommodated by keeping us in the same room. The room is spacious and heating (which we needed) worked well, although it is a bit loud.
