Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesNo free breakfast for the price. The bottom sheet didn't reach the end of the bed. Housekeeping wasn't included unless it was requested by 9am. Microwaves had to be paid for. The coffee stand was too small and created a line. The room was very dusty.
Loved the location and had exceptional artwork displayed. The woman that works at Spencer's pub was amazing.

United KingdomThe price we paid was the most we paid out off all the seven hotels we stayed in but this hotel gave us the least in return. 1 No breakfast of any sort. Told we could get a buffet breakfast at a near by restaurant for 18 dollars each. 2 No laundry facilities. ( we were told to use the RV site down the road.) 3 No milk in the room. 4 Didn’t like the layout of the rooms. Very confusing.

It was nice having the train depot on the hotel property. It was close and convenient for walking into Williams. Ate in the pub in the hotel one night and food was good and the bartender was wonderful, very friendly and helpful!

United KingdomIt's a large hotel, with a confusing layout. We had to change rooms because we were assigned an interconnecting room with a young family next door. No microwave. Overpriced for basic accommodation.
We selected the Hotel because it was part of a package to visit the Grand Canyon. It was well situated for the station and local restaurants. The room was quiet. The railway trip and Grand Canyon eclipsed the hotel's shortcomings.
