Staff led us to the wrong trailer location, they led us to another lot number that was occupied. We woke up tenants trying to use our key to get in.

No good knives to cut veggies with safely. Utensils were a bit beat up. Couple plates didn’t look fully clean. Otherwise great place!

Clean RVs and surprisingly quiet property for a holiday weekend. Beds were super comfy and had everything we needed for a couple nights stay for the Grand Canyon :) loved having a fire pit and comfy chairs to relax in at the end of the day!

The only small gripe would be a little bit better sheets and thicker blankets. Need to bring an extra blanket for sure!

Location is excellent! The units are clean, comfortable and have all the items needed to make our stay uncomplicated.

A liittle less on the wood for campfires. You could get it in town for $2 less per bundle.

Great location for going to Grand Canyon. If you want camping experience with all the conviences then this is great.

I have paid for the room through booking.com before staying, but when checking in, the accommodation claims to have a tax change, collecting an additional 5 dollars and the room can use hot water to bathe for no more than 10 minutes per time. The gas stove is very difficult to open. The bed is not comfortable.

It wasn't so much a 'didnt like', but more just a little glitch with the female bathroom and the lock pad, it got stuck a little. The mattress was a little to firm for my liking (papa bear firm) but I do prefer baby bear style mattress. There was no on-site laundry, however there were a couple in town so not a big deal.

It's quiet self contained, a chance to do camping in style away from home (we do normally go camping) this was more upper class for us so it was good since it would have been hard for us otherwise being from a different country not knowing the elements and places to go otherwise and was a more cost effective then staying in the canyon since that's the reason we were there. For a family with 3 kids, there was plenty of space and more facilities than a hotel room, and we felt safe there. Like any caravan, the shower had limited hot water time (5 Minute showers, 20minutes to reheat) in the caravan but there were showers on-site that were clean and had plenty of hot water as well as soap/body wash. There was heating and cooling inside. Some nice restraunts to eat in town and only an hour drive from the Canyon and the drive was not stressful (one road all the way through). They offer wood for fire (when permited for $) and a bbq for outdoor cooking, as well as stove, oven and Microwave and all basic things dishes, cutlery etc needed for your stay. Good internet as well. The beds were firm, so if you like a soft bed you may need to bring something extra to put on the bed or ask (i did not so not sure if there is an alternative onsite) and the staff were wonderful and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

The place is high on a bluff and the wind was something else!

Privacy, you have your own little spot and it was grand :) Great location to go out from, super convenient to the highway and about an hour through some pretty country to the Grand Canyon without those prices. Super friendly hosts!

I didn't care for how high the beds were, they should have had steps to get up into the bed. We also thought the beds were a little too slumpish. You sink into the bed topper, and then it's hard to move. Heed the warnings about the camper showers! We literally timed it; the hot water comes on fast and heavy but fades away in about 4 mins. To combat this: turn up the furnace and close any vents to the shower. Turn on the water, quickly adjust, then get wet and shut it off, wash body and shampoo hair, turn on and rinse, repeat for hair conditioning. Shave outside before your shower using the sink. Or, you can do the community showers! I did get charged an extra tax not listed with Booking.. some new Willams tax, total was 20.00 plus, almost 30.00. So it was shocking to hear I had a balance when I checked in - be aware of this! Bring your own magic fire packs and s'mores - the office offers them, but it's cheaper on your own. Lastly, know that the sewer tanks can cause your trailer to smell. They had airfreshner available in each restroom, but bring extra in case it runs out - this helped with the occasional smell. Bring extra washing scrubbies and dish towels or paper towels for dishes.

We loved how the lots were set up with everything you needed. It's in a good location, close Willams downtown, and to GCNP. All the staff was attentive and very personable! We liked that the community showers had a lock code, and they were very clean. We were able to get the pull-out bed bedding and extra towels from the office upon check-in. They do sell firewood, 1 bundle for $12.00, and two for $20.00 - note you are not allowed to bring in outside firewood, they will charge you for it! Be sure to check the outside camper compartments for little extras like chairs! There was a bluetooth speaker system for sound both inside and outside of the RV - good for Androids only! They have noise times as well, 10pm to 8am is quiet time.

There was only one smoking area. It would be nice to have one in the back of the campground too. The beds were very stiff. Need more softness.

It was very well maintained and the RV was clean and comfortable.

The only downside is the showering due to limited hot water but they do allow unlimited at a location within the same facility to make up for it just not in RV. Also they have coffee machines but no coffee lol...even just one pod would've been nice or just enough for one cup lol but nothing major.

It met all our needs at a reasonable price. The RVs were spacious & had a sense of privacy that we appreciated. They provide many items for the kitchen/utensils/showering/whether for a short stay or longer stay both are possible. All in all a wonderful stay. My family & I enjoyed it. Thank you!

For some people the beds might be a bit to short but no problem for us.

The camper was really spacious and had all necessary facilities. I read quite a few complaints about the location as it is next to a highway but to be honest this did not bother us at all. It's to be expected if you read the info about the location, some basic earplugs and you notice nothing. Same as complaints about the wifi: you are informed about it beforehand. Yet wifi was good enough to download an ebook our our photos to Instagram. The shared restrooms are really warm and clean if the 7 minutes of the internal bathroom would not suffice. The personal is really really nice.
