The price was more than I was wanting to spend, but since we were booking last minute and I wanted a pool for my daughter I chose this location. Turns out there pool was out of order.

Breakfast was okay; typical hot hotel breakfast. Was in a convenient location.

The water pressure in the sink was very low

The property is updated with modern finishes and a very nice design. There are plenty of places to eat nearby which made for easy traveling.

The one down fall was that the rooms dont provide microwaves. Going downstairs everytime made it a hasssle but staff was friendly

The overall experience was great, the pool was warm. The breakfast was hot and filling. The beds were so comfy!

Overall the room was fine. After two squirts the conditioner was empty.

Clean and beautiful facility. Breakfast options were abundant and great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved that this is a pet friendly location as well. Walking paths around the hotel too.

We used a third party booking agent but didn’t realize it because we searched on the hotel name. We needed to modify the reservation and the staff wasn’t able to make the modifications. It was clunky.

I didn’t like the fact that we had booked thru booking 2 weeks out and asked for adjoining rooms to find out we couldn’t get them even after I booked way in advance for them!! So I’m guessing the people that booked at the property gets first dibs at rooms versus people that book thru an online website like booking.com also on booking it shows check out at 12 but front desk just informed us checkout is at 11!! Someone needs to update these policies because it can be annoying!! Other than that the stay was wonderful

I love the fact that the hotel was close to the university we visited the staff was nice and friendly and the breakfast was very good!

We were charged 2 times and the situation is still trying to be resolved. We paid in advance through Booking .com with PayPal and charged by PayPal. But the front desk required a credit card because they did not show it paid. Even though we had the email receipt proof. PayPal charged & my credit card charged. It still has not been resolved. We have stayed here a lot. So very disappointed In this happening. Someone owes me a refund. Card or PayPal or the motel

My grandsons said it was the best hotel they've ever stayed in, I don't really have any negatives.

The staff was amazing, they upgraded our room at no charge to accommodate us with a first floor room/suite since my husband is currently using a scooter. They brought us extra bedding for the pull out sofa, so that our grandsons would be comfortable as well.

Why the HEAVY doors? Entry to room and sliding bath door were both very difficult to move. Breakfast was very good.

The room was inadequately lighted. The shade wouldn't go up so during the day you couldn't get natural light. Serious flaw for a person with vision issues to begin with.

I had a handicap accessible room. Loved the clearance and thought they put into the bathroom. A plus.
