You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaOnly 1 waffle maker???? There was a line of 5 people waiting for it......that's an easy fix. Some of the cloth covered chairs in the lobby used during breakfast were really gross; they need to be cleaned or replaced with easy to clean chairs. I witnessed a maintenance worker (who was nice to talk to) go to a room with a maintenance cart (that had a trashcan on it) and ignored a bag of trash outside someone's room nearby when he walked by. PICK IT UP!
Rooms were updated (mostly) and clean. Front desk workers were nice and acted like they were pleased to see/work/help with you. Shower water pressure was good. Property was taken care of and the location was good.

United States of AmericaThe blankets! They always slide off while I’m sleeping. I woke up a good 10 times to pull the blanket back into place.
We love that it’s like a mini apartment and allows for different folks to have a different schedule. Everyone doesn’t have to go to sleep at the same time since there is space to hang and give the other person quiet.

United States of AmericaBreakfast was not the quality I’ve had at other Hamptons I’ve stayed at. The food was cold and not very tasty. The place seems mostly well kept, but right by the front door was a large outdoor trash can piled very high and spilling over onto the ground all around, which seems to have been neglected in a key place. Our room did seem clean, but not enough attention to detail on the part of the cleaning staff when you notice long hairs left in obvious places.
Great location, staff very friendly, bed nice and comfortable.

She said as long as there's money on the card it will go through. But advise me to return to make the purchase. By the time I got ready to return. She had already charged my card. More than I would have excepted. Then there was an additional $25 charge for each night that was not returned.
The breakfast choices & the option to have turkey sausage for those that do not eat pork. Close to everything
