We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe extension shower head never did work in our 4 day stay. It's supposed to be accessible for wheelchair bound patients. So taking a shower for her was a task.
Front desk accommodated us every time with towels, room service, etc. Kids enjoyed the pool everyday. Breakfast buffet every morning was good.

United StatesThere was just a little hair in the shower, which can happen when you clean it I guess. They only had skim milk for breakfast. There was no vitamin D nor 1 or 2 percent milk and they stated they don’t carry it anymore because their customers did not request it. If I spend that money for an night I expect regular milk. I love Hampton Inn, but I will reconsider this in the future.

United StatesSurprised that handicapped-accessible bathroom had no grab bar at the commode (although there was one in the shower). In-room coffee maker was missing the filter basket, so making coffee involved putting the coffee pack directly into your cup. Pull cords for window shades were broken so that it was impossible to raise the shade to see outside.
Bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff very friendly and welcoming, especially Charity at the front desk.
