This is an amazing staff. I don't know that I've ever encountered a group at a hotel so friendly and helpful. They were very personable and helpful, when needed. I enjoyed being greeting as I was coming and going about.

Everyone was SO nice. The woman working breakfast was incredible and kind. The gentleman at the front desk was also super awesome. The pool was great, as was the fitness center. We stayed for a soccer tournament with several of the teammates and it was such a wonderful experience!!

There is no time limit on kids in pool. I feel like it should be adult Tim towards the end of the day because we couldn’t really get in without a kid pushing us and taking up the whole pool. Also I called to extend my stay before when got there and someone put another room on to my reservation and I got charged a cancellation fee.

I love that everyone was so friendly and that they gave us a little extra time in the pool since we had to get in late due to it being crowded with kids.

The breakfast was not that great and we ended up grabbing something on the way to our event. There should be other options than pork.

This was a nice hotel and the beds were comfortable. Overall, the hotel and staff were very nice. I would probably stay at this hotel again.

I wish for breakfast they offered turkey sausage or turkey bacon. My room was a little warm at night, but I was able to adjust the temperature.

Customer service was horrendous! The young man at the front desk was extremely rude. He accidentally dropped my driver's license down a crack in the front desk. Originally he said that the maintenance man would retrieve the card. About 45 minutes later, he called the room, stating that we would just have "to print off a new one." I was flabbergasted! He rudely told me that if the maintenance man had to take apart the front desk, I would be charged for it! He continued to advise me to just print out a new driver's license. I told him that is not the way things work in my state, besides that fact, how would I drive home without a license? At one point he told me that perhaps they would look into the matter the next morning about 9 o'clock. Again, I explained that was unacceptable as I needed to get on the road early the next morning. He simply continued to be rude and dismissive, finally hanging up on me. After at least a couple of hours of wrangling with this young man, the driver's license was finally retrieved, without a word, let alone an apology. Needless to say, my evening was ruined! I felt horrible about the whole incident all night long. It will be a long time before I decide to book another room with Hampton. I realize the hotel was not at fault, but the disagreeable young man made the situation very unpleasant. His behavior was completely unacceptable.
