I pay for four people and can’t sleep and that old uncomfortable sofa bed. The coffee maker not works and old dust on the refrigerator and corner of the bathroom.

The sofa bed was very old and I’m not recommending to sleep. Very uncomfortable. I pay for a king bed and the size of the bed was full. Very disappointing. The breakfast perfect and delicious.

The staff were borderline rude. One of the housekeepers repeatedly slammed a door loudly just outside our room even after asking her to stop.

I requested an early check in, but that was not available when I arrived. I had to go to a friends room until my room was ready.

I would only suggest maybe shampooing or steaming the carpet and couch in the room. The carpet felt slick and a little sticky without slippers. Other than that, I would stay again and recommend it.

Shower was tight- soap/shampoo bottles should move to another wall. Breakfast area was crowded- small area and only a couple griddles to make pancakes.

The pillows were way too soft for comfort. At breakfast, you ran out of apple 🍎 juice. One of the waffle 🧇 makers was not able to be used. It's very hard to get into the bed if you have bad knee.

It was very nice and quiet. With so many cars 🚗 in town we didn't hear anything noise from them pulling into the hotel.

The rooms get pricy around holiday weekends/seasonal events.

Located right along Rt 30 near downtown, York, PA. The hotel is across from a shopping mall and casino. Numerous retail, restaurant, and gas station options are nearby. You get a coupon for a discount meal at Texas Roadhouse, which is next door. Fantastic Springettsbury Park and Playground is across the street and is great for families. Daily hot breakfast buffet. Food is restocked frequently and they almost never run out - just don't show up 10 minutes before closing. Daily choice of hot/cooked Egg option, a meat/sausage, and potato/hashbrown options. Cold Cereals/Hot Oatmeal. Fruit Bowl. Yogurt Cups. Bread/Bagel/Muffin/Danish Selection w/ Toasters. Waffle Station w/ 2 varieties. Juice/Coffee. Seating is available in the lobby to eat. Outdoor seasonal pool. The rooms and clean, and the beds are comfy. The hotel is always busy but quiet. Friendly, polite staff!

Loud truck engine sounds beginning around 4:30AM lasting until about 5:30 or 6:00AM. I was 2nd floor above the pool.

Breakfast was great but was a tad limited on some days vs. others. The hotel only had yogurt available on Sat, but none available on Sun & Monday. Really would have like to have yogurt available all the time, would have been nice for the kids. Same with OJ. They ran out after Saturday and only have Apple/Grape/Flavored water for the other two days. Better supply on yogurt and OJ each morning would have been nice! Limited fruit selection -- only bananas and apple for fresh fruit Danish/Pastries are pre-packaged and kinda sad looking.

Really nice hotel! Glad we stayed here. -Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Plenty of space/storage, good working fridge/microwave. fabulous hot shower! -Solid WiFi connection 24/7 -Location is great. Having the park and playground across the street for kids/pets/outdoor time is awesome. -Texas Roadhouse and Issac's are both great to eat at, and you get a discount. -Well-staffed hotel, and the front desk is friendly, engaging, and helpful. New towel/trash takeaway in a snap! -Outdoor pool is decent size, clean, and in good repair -Good hot breakfast available. Always get to the choice of egg dish/breakfast meat/potato, 2 kinds of hot waffles you make, oatmeal, cold cereals, bagels, etc. -Love the 24/7 coffee and hot tea in the lobby -- as someone who was working till 3-4 am that was great to have!
