A local run-down motel is next door and large homeless population lingers in the area. Parking lot is very small, but is well lit.

Nice hotel! Rooms were large and comfortable.

So not sure if this is just this hotel or not but I was called en route to the hotel, about 4 hours prior to arrival and told they had overbooked and they were sorry. After 'negotiating' with the hotel staff lady, I was able to get them to honor the reservation, but with the caveat that they may have to call me back and or find me a room at another hotel. SO that was kinda stressful. They were pleasant but when she was on the phone I got the distinct impression that she was calling many people to give them bad news. YMMV 😁👍

Clean up to date hotel, room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Lobby was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful and exceptionally nice.

My third morning I came down for breakfast, The only hot food left on the buffet was eggs and one small portion of potato's. No one seem to care Around the parking lot beggars and drug heads.

room was nice and clean. However, the microwave, telephone,and internet was not working. Breakfast Gravy was WATER consistency and front desk staff did not answer phones. Outside hotel parking lot going-ons was Suspicios, but parking lot is WELL-LIT.

Only one washing machine worked, me and my family feeling accused of eating too much of the food in dining area. Felt singled out when food need refilled when we first came down.

Not enough breakfast for everyone we had to wait a long time for them to replenish but it was good once they did My bathroom door didnt lock and kitchen sink was broke sprayed everywhere.

Great price great quality breakfast was good For the price this was the best hotel on the lower costing side ive paid more for regular hotels and this one had a full kitchen so thats a bonus. Id definitely make this my destination when i come to okc

Run down neighborhood with homeless outside, security knocking on door in hall, mostly sad, I didn't feel unsafe but didn't feel comfortable.

The parking area small , little sketchy area but we weren’t bothered. We had 1st floor so we heard slit of the ruckus in the lobby

The surrounding area is bad. We walked to the store to get an evening and a group of vagrants were grouped just on the back side of the store. They were passing what seemed like a pipe and on the way back to the hotel, one of them was going on a trip and started yelling and undressing just as we passed. Made us feel real unsafe and uncomfortable.

Room was great. Front desk was awesome. Nice walk-in shower. Really helped my wife on our stay.

Breakfast good taste and good variety but seem to run out of items way before shut off .

The shower door wouldn’t stay closed, the toilet was super wobbly, and you can hear all the vehicles at night.

The staff was at times rude, like the person working the breakfast. Because at around 7:30 she spoke to the lady working front counter to have her approach my friend that is staying in room with me, and ask her if she has a room here and for some reason singled out of a rather large breakfast crowd. Which embarrassed her. And even after she told them she does they then asked what room and and went to verify it. When I came down to met her they didn't ask me. I believe that my friend was discriminated against due to her appearance which led them to for some reason imply that she couldn't possibly have a room here

The room had an odd smell, almost like a pee smell. The room itself looked very clean, it just had the odd smell the whole time I was there

The location! There is a run down motel next door with a lot of suspicious folks in and out and walking around

The price was really nice! The facility was clean! The staff are really nice!
