Breakfast was pathetic—though I discovered the earlier you go, the more options you have. I ate bread with cream cheese (no bagels), apples and bananas, and one day found yogurt available. I didn't eat the breakfast bars or have orange juice or coffee. I think that was all there was. Wi-fi didn't work in my room (weak signal), so staff gave me the private wi-fi password, which worked well. There was no housekeeping service day to day.

Bed was super comfy and clean. The color scheme and decor were soothing.

More options. And an attendant would have been nice! No hot options except for coffee, which we don’t drink. Had to hunt to find a light switch to turn on the lights. The door to the breakfast room kept locking and there was no desk clerk to be found.

There were no bath towels in the room and the floors seemed like they were missed when it was last cleaned. Bathroom and carpet had trash and hair on them.

Wifi was not great. The router needed to be reset but they wouldn't do it. All the customers are having problems. My screen on my window is broke and needs fixed.

Breakfast was pathetic....no attempt was made to provide adequate fresh food, waffle maker posted as broken, suspect no batter was made,few pieces of bread, little cereal, coffee machine producing very weak, milk almost past fresh, fridge crusted with old milk.DISCUSTING! The breakfast was disappointing. Yogurt, cereal and juice were the only options in spite there being a waffle making station, syrup, butter, jam but no batter and a cold waffle iron. A toaster but empty bread container. Technically it did have ‘breakfast’ but it was bare minimum.

The place is cheaply maintained and ran. The walls are paper thin. There was no daily housekeeping. The little tiny bar of soap was almost useless. I couldn't even lather it up on the wash cloth. The toilet paper was cheap and there wasn't even a spare roll available in case it ran out. The remote for the TV wasn't the right one and therefore I couldn't get the channel guide to display and there was no print out (or any kind of literature regarding the local restaurants, sights, etc) in the room, so the only way to know what was on TV was to literally go through every channel to see what was on. The daily breakfast offering never changed, the same Biscuits and Gravy or Waffles choices for 3 days in a row. A variety of protein would have been nice. There was 3 day old milk left in the refrigerator which ruined an entire bowl of cereal. I am just glad I threw it out after tasting something was off and only then did I look at the expiration date. There was a new gallon in the refrigerator, but the old one was well past expired and should never have been there that late in the week. The garbage was overflowing and spilling onto the floor in the breakfast area every morning. I got the impression that they unlocked the door at 6 and then nobody came back until 9, when breakfast was over. Very unprofessional regarding that breakfast area and experience, overall.

The place and my room was very clean. It was a large room with lots of seating choices. The bed was very comfortable. The WiFi worked. The TV worked. The breakfast had warm choices: Waffles and Biscuits and Gravy, along with a good selection of other foods: Cereal, Yami Yogurt, Fruit Bars, Fruit, Toast.

The location is good. The property is a little older but the couple that just bought it are working hard to update it. The room was clean. The staff is very nice. They gave security cameras and the parking lot is well lit.

The hotel looks only new in photo. A couple are the only staff manning the front desk. There is a landline phone in the room but not working. Lavatory sink clogged-up (reported this immediately to the couple). The cover sheet is dirty. You have to personally pick up towel replacement and toiletries from the front desk.

i couldn’t get anyone to front desk initially after waiting and then buzzing the phone a couple times. that wasn’t. the biggest problem. There was hair in the bathtub drain and the nightstand drawers were both dirty with old cards broken pens, grimy bits and pennies. looks like no one had looked in them for a long time. remote had visible bits of food or something and I found frozen chicken and meat in the tiny freezer. I took it downstairs to them and she was surprised but didn’t say I’m sorry or anything. there was a language barrier however.

the lobby looks pretty and there was an elevator which I appreciated. they allowed dogs which is vital for me. there was a fridge and microwave as well. The bed was clean and comfortable.
