The reason I chose Hi Tide was because several recent reviews mentioned CLEAN. And we were not disappointed. The desk staff, who were actually the only people we interacted with as were there less than 24 hours. They were very gracious and helpful.

Overall great. We stayed in the “off site “ rooms across from the main building. A tad outdated but clean . Bed was very comfortable too. Dog friendly a plus.

The location was perfect and the sweet little things they offered like salt water taffy in the room, cookies at 6pm and breakfast were appreciated. Everyone was nice and helpful. Would book there again

Couldn't get the TV to work. The building exterior could use some updates. The elevator sounded rough.

The room was clean, with nice amenities like a full size coffee maker. Fireplace and comfortable bed. It was quiet. Nice breakfast.

TV had 3 remotes, no signage or directions for use. No info about the community...restaurants, places to see, etc Both of those are easy fixes. Rooms are small, clean, but dated decor. Only 1 nightstand had charging ports and wall plug. We were here to visit friends, so used the room for sleeping so it was adequate.

There were people below our balcony smoking, and for some reason, they decided it was us smoking on our balcony. Except we don’t smoke. It was resolved, but mildly irritating.

Very comfortable and well maintained. It was close enough to the Promenade that we could walk but not too close, so it was quiet at night.

The location was within walking distance of many of the things we like to do (restaurants, gifts and antique shops). The breakfast bar was adequate and the staff was professional yet very friendly. We would stay at this property again.

I have stayed here before and that’s why I came back. Although it was clean, the property is getting worn out. The Jacuzzi didn’t work and it didn’t look very appealing. Pretty rundown. $900 for three nights not a good value I won’t stay here again.

The fireplace was old and difficult to use. We did not have a bedside lamp until the last day. That was definitely not nice for reading. I was in a more renovated room two months earlier with my husband but I understand that may not have been available. It was definitely more comfortable.

The beds and linens are great. The view of course. The fridge and having a small kitchenette is valuable.

Everything was fine. The hotel was a little more dated than expected. Has a fair amount of interior upgrades and TLC needed. I.e. rust, dents, drywall, tubs. All in all though it was great and a wonderful value. I would do it again.

The ocean view was partial - but then, I knew it when booking. There's nothing I didn't like, really.

A spacious room with a king bed, a gas fireplace, a kitchenette with a real fridge (one that has a freezer)! A good continental breakfast. A pool. Hi Tide has it all!

The door was difficult to open from the outside and the pilot light on the fireplace was all that worked.. Would have been nice to have an actual fire.

It is an older motel that could use an upgrade.

The ocean view was nice. We had a balcony with a few chairs to sit on. They provide a few items for kids in the pool. They had a few breakfast items.
