No one at front desk when I arrived. Couldn’t tell who was in charge. Weird older couple kept walking the halls. Room Furniture has seen better days. Plants in construction bucket in the lobby.

Better breakfast choices. They had waffles, muffins, cereal, fruit,and toast though.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The indoor pool was great with the hot tub. The kids had a blast to!

When we booked for the 2 nights, it said american breakfast included. Thought they were going to have the proteins like eggs and bacon or sausage but only had waffles and cereal when I went l, which had run out and coffee was out too. Had to eat breakfast out of the facility. Didn't bother trying the 2nd morning. Still was a great place to stay.

The room was comfortable, and the 2 king beds in a room were a plus for my family of 5, what you don't find at any other hotel in hillsboro

We asked staff for extra towels for the jacuzzi and shower, they were EXTREMELY reluctant to give them to us.

Location was perfect for us! Jacuzzi was great, but jets didn’t work. Could use some updating but over all clean and comfortable.

The TV didn't work the first night. It was 11:30 when I returned to the room after meeting a friend for a dinner and visit. I tried to turn the TV on because I am used to falling asleep while a tv is on. I didn't call the front desk because when I returned a few minutes earlier no one was at the desk and it was nearly dark there. So I figured they were sleeping and didn't want to wake them. The next morning I went to the desk and told them. Christina came up and found that the cable cord had been disconnected from the tv. Later that day I had a BM and the toilet clogged. I told the man at the desk and he said somethjng to the effect of I will go see if I can unclog it but I don't know if I can. I told him if he would give me a plunger to use I was pretty sure I could unclog it. When I returned to the motel after a meeting a few hours later Christina told me they got it unclogged and that it had to much toilet paper in it and that was why it clogged. She said to hold the handle down til it had flushed all the way. I told her I had noticed that and had done that each of the three times I had peed prior to having a BM. I told her I didn't know if the toilet was old or if the lines were clogged because of age or what but that I had had to hold the handle down for a good whie at several toilets to get them to flush completely but never had to hold it down as long as this one.

Front Desk Clerk Christina was very pleasant. I loved the SMOKING ROOM with the king bed. It's been a few years since I have stayed on a motel in Hillsboro Tx andxlastxtime I did Days End was the only one that had ANY smoking rooms. So when I called toxsed if Super 8 had a smoking room and they did I booked it right then. The room costvme $112.22 for one night and several came up on your site much cheaper. But I don't know if any of thosexhave changed to have at least a couple of smoking rooms now or not.

The only down side was the indoor swimming pool for not operational during our stay, the kids was disappointed as was I. Staff stated that it was posted on company website but Booking.com fail to relay the information on there site.

The hotel was very clean and staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast with cereal, muffins, waffles, and some fresh fruits.

The hot tub was disconnected (water turned off), the refrigerator was unplugged, the room had a door that lead to another room and you could hear everything was happening in the other room (so I assume they experienced the same thing). The dresser of that room was si inconveniently placed that in the night I hit it with my toe and unfortunately I broke it (my toe). I found only one soap bar and one shampoo considering that it was for two of us. Number of towels was ok but a couple more would have been great. Lastly when I turned the heater on it triggered the smoke detectors and it was chaos.

The only negative was some a loud machinery type noise on Sunday morning. A few more breakfast options would be nice, but it was very acceptable.

There really in not anything that I did not like.

We did not eat the breakfast there due to not being keto friendly foods. The beds were comfortable. the only thing I missed was swimming but maybe next time. Staff like always were very friendly.

There was nothing available to eat for breakfast on Monday morning. I would have like to have some breakfast to eat. It was very disappointing to see no food available.

The room I stayed in was very quiet and very clean. There were lots of clean towels and the bathtub worked great!

The Negative = Walked in room to a smell, opened mini fridge to put waters we bought, found 2 pints of ice cream not cleaned out! We were on the 2nd floor, not working signs on the ice & soda machine that we had to go to the first floor. Husband went to front desk that evening to ask for few napkins & bowls or plates (we made microwave popcorn in the room) told had none! Yes next morning for breakfast there were some Hmmm. Then speaking of breakfast zero eggs, fruits or meats....Texas waffle, oatmeal, toast, cereal & mini muffins. The hotel is not upkept well at all and rooms obviously not cleaned well either if missing things!

We stayed her a few years back reason why we booked again. Had our first visit been this recent, we'd never had returned! The Positive = location , indoor pool/hot tub and beds were comfortable!
