Room facing highway and noisy at night - maybe new windows required. Plus shower curtain in bathroom ripped in three places.

Not a great place if you actually want to sleep. There were people and children running around the halls all hours. Not just going to the rooms. Hanging out in the halls and kids running around at 1-3 am. There was also a help alarm in the hall that went off for a couple hours before it was shut off.

We liked the location. It was near by what we traveled for. There were plenty of stores and restaurants near by.

Difficult to navigate your way back to the hotel as it's tucked behind another. Needs better signage and a more direct and intuitive access road. Also, the exterior is starting to look a little shabby and in need if paint and repairs.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, but they had a problem locating our reservation at check-in, so we had to wait about 20 minutes while they restated their computer system. The breakfast was mostly good, except for the fake eggs. They were cold, had almost no taste and a weird consistency like sea foam. Completely inedible. Until they start serving real eggs I can’t recommend purchasing the additional breakfast. Plenty of other options very close by.

Replacing a conventional coffee maker with a Kuerig is asinine. With just three pods provided, there is nowhere close to enough for two coffee drinkers. I was unaware of that change.

The jacuzzi tub was amazing. The king bed was comfortable. Room was spacious.

Breakfast was absolutely NOT worth $14.95! No complimentary breakfast was a shame because other hotels with lower room rates serve a nice free breakfast. We had nasty scrambled eggs which i think were from a powder or something because they didnt look or taste like scrambled eggs i make at home , dried out sausage links, a few choices of cereal, toast and bagels, some fresh fruit and muffins. Drinks but no hot chocolate (my granddaughter wanted this), no waffles either. If you wanted a made to order omelet, you had to pay extra for one.......ridiculous!. All in all, it was just ok but definitely not worth 15 dollars. Expected more from a Hilton hotel. Everything else at the hotel was great. Will return as this is our favorite hotel because of the pool and hot tub, but we will not be paying for breakfast. We will go across the parking lot and buy breakfast at Burger King for far less than 15 bucks a person! Also requested a room on the 4th or 5th floor with a lake view. However, they put us on the 3rd floor facing the interstate. No reason for them not to do that for us as they told us the hotel was a 60% capacity.. MY granddaughter was very disappointed!!

The hot tub was hot, and the pool was always warm and clean. We love them and they are the main reason we stay there. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bathroom was clean and large as well. It was nice having the microwave and fridge, but our fridge had a lot of ice build-up, so we mostly used the lower shelf because our cans of pop were freezing. Like that the pool.and hot tub were open until 11:00pm.The lobby is re-done and beautiful but the furniture in our room was showing its wear. Close to the Millcreek Mall and Splash Lagoon is across the road. There are tons of restaurants in the area as well. Easy to find and a great view of Lake Erie and beautiful sunsets from the upper floors!

The morning receptionist was great tamira was very nice and took all my problems in to consideration and worked out the falws for us and made our vacation better I hope I spelled her name right if not I am so sorry but our stay was over all was good

Pillows— flat as soon as you touch it Bar- NO PINOT GRIGIO! This is not the first time. It’s a basic wine and it’s poor not to stock it. I just wanted a nice cold glass of Pinot Grigio with my salad after a long day of driving. Very disappointing.

The bed was noisy everytime you moved. It squeaked and it did wake me and my husband up a couple times when one of us moved. The pressure in the shower wasn't horrible but also wasn't terrific.

Staff was very friendly and the facilities were clean. Drinks were mixed well and bartender was great. The pool and whirlpool were very well maintained and had a great temperature. The hotel is close to a lot of shops and restaurants which made things very convenient.

The beds were comfy at first but when we woke up in the morning our bodies were stiff because we sunk into the beds overnight. They are just a bit to fluffy for us. The pool area was clean and wonderful.

I like how close everything is if groceries, gas, shopping, or just going out to have good time.

Liked the pool and hot tub but they but need some attention/cleanup. Interior of the hot tub looks like it needs a good cleaning. Towels at the pool were paper thin. If you're staying for a few days at the rate we paid there should be enough clean towels and toilet paper to last the length of the visit. Not completely thrilled with the lack of housekeeping. It's not necessary to change the sheets daily, but there has to be a better way to distribute clean towels other than standing in line at the front desk or tracking down a housekeeper.

Restaurant was excellent as were the waitresses. Breakfast was a 10/10. Pool/hot tub facilities were good. Room was clean. Stayed there before and would stay there again.

There was a disagreement between the desk clerks as to my room. I asked for a room on the top floor in the corner. Went I got there they had me on the 2nd floor. I stated I am suppose to have a corner room on the top floor. The lady clerk stated it's not in you file. So she changed it to top floor but no corner. So there but was confusion between clerks. Plus there was an event next door with loud band music. I called about it and I was told it would be done soon. still going after 10pm. It was loud. You could heat it

One day the waiter wasn't very good. We waited a while to be seated while he talked. He took things from table when we weren't done eating. Wasn't attentive at all. This was our only negative with our stay.

Hot tub was not clean. The tiles and grout were dirty, the water was not clear and the water surface was thick with foam.

I had breakfast included which I had to be sure to let them know about it again otherwise I would have been charged again. We ordered Omelets which were burnt and potatoes that were soggy and inedible. The plug on my upgraded Jacuzzi tub wouldn’t plug all the way so it took forever for the tub to fill and then it was draining right away when the tub was actually full.
