We were given the room keys and just had to figure out on our own how to get to the room. There was no explanation of how to use the elevator (found out from another guest while in the elevator that you first have to scan the room key). The shower door wasn't leak proof so there was always a puddle of water outside the shower to clean up after each shower.

The location was perfect. There's a small supermarket (Hudson Food Market) less than a minute walk away. The subway station is also about a minute walk away. The staff was lovely.

The bed situation is a queen bed plus a sofa bed but the room is a little on the small side - when the softa bed is open, it actually fully touches the queen bed and there's no space to walk around it. Since we were only staying for 1 night, we didn't let it bother us much but heads up for others who might be staying longer.

Location was good for our needs, and clean. We were in town for a friend's birthday and were expecting to take rideshares to get around, so being near public transportation wasn't necessary for us. The Hilton is slightly off a main-ish road so it always felt safe when cars were picking us up and dropping us off. The room was clean.

Hot water was not working on the last night of my stay. It was so cold outside I did not enjoy cold showers!

I wish there was better lighting in the room.

Location is ideal if you want to travel around in LIC. Newly constructed area. The room size is definitely larger than what you would get in Manhattan with the same price.

We got a queen room with a sofa bed, and it was an extremely tight fit. Wouldn't do that one again. Maybe two queens next time. They also only give a thin cotton blanket for the sofa bed. Future reference, ask for an extra at check in. Overall it was really a fine stay, but the shower water maxed out at like 85 degrees or something and they told us it was because there were temperature limits set so no one got burned. I came out of the shower cold. We should have made the guy feel the water temp and tell us that was normal. Hard to believe it. I really can't do lukewarm showers in Winter, prob wouldn't stay again just based on that. But you never know.

Location. Eli at the check-in desk was SO sweet and helpful. Pillows were nice and fluffy. Beds are firm if you like that sort of thing.. It was very clean and quiet. And we actually found parking really close by (fluke??)

I stayed two nights and no one came in to make the bed or refill the coffee pods before the second night. that was annoying. There were noisy sex sounds from an adjacent room. The elevator didn't always work going down from the 6th floor so I took the stairs.

The immediate surroundings of the hotel are ok, but any 5 minutes walk in any direction started to frel sketchy. Not to mention the MTA station... The room were a bit small, (you can barely open the sofa bed) and ours wasn't clean perfectly (fake nails and sweets under the bed).

Confortable beds, the room was quiet despite the proximity of the train. The microwave oven os very convinient if you are on a budget. The staff was friendly and helpfull. This location is obviously far from Manhattan, but thanks to the nearby station you can get to most touristic spots within 30 to 40min.
