We really enjoyed everything with the exception of them doing water maintenance which we were not notified of before booking and meant that the water was off an entire day from 11am till about 5:15pm. one of the days we were there. we felt like we should have had a discount that day due to not being able to use the shower, toilet or sinks in our room.

I didn’t lie the hotel beds they were very uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep well at all however the rooms are spacious.

check in process, restaurant, room needs some TLC. wallpaper was peeling off, glass was broken in frame, found a needle in our sheets and thank god is was in ours and not our baby’s bed.

The advertising of the suite I booked was misleading, I thought I was getting a one bedroom queen suite based on the description and pictures but I was given a hearing accessible suite. Check in time was 4pm and they mean it, they didn’t have a room ready for us at 3:40pm, they had to hurry and finish cleaning a room for us for 4pm check in. I was disappointed in the WiFi being as I frequently didn’t get reception on my phone. The WiFi signal was available maybe half of the time. Breakfast was great, lots of choices and well done but it ended at 9am on weekdays. Traveling with kids, it required planning to make sure they got breakfast before the dining room closed.

the location was perfect for what we wanted to do while in the area. The common areas were family friendly and comfortable. Very clean throughout.

At first, we were given a room different than I booked months in advance, and when we got to the wrong room, it was dirty with the couch pulled out and mattresses off and it just was not cleaned and it smelled. We went back down to the desk and after a long back and forth conversation with the desk clerk, we were given a room a bit closer to what we were supposed to get that was clean and smelled much better and for our troubles we were supposed to be given a credit for all the initial problems and difference in rooms.

I loved the free breakfast and happy hour and the housekeeper we had was amazing. We loved her!! We chatted with her daily but missed her on our last day as she had the day off.

The hotel floors are like a maze and it’s hard to find the elevators and the elevators take to long to arrive. The water in the shower is on and off.

Room was very comfortable and clean. it have a small kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. Great for families.

The only thing I would critique is that the front desk relied on their brain to remember to clean our room and they missed a day after I specifically told them and they said I was all set.

Location was perfect. Wasn't too far from airport and close to bay where activities were.

Great Location and check in was quick. Room had some trash and towels left behind upon arrival but understandable as we checked in earlier than expected. Overall great stay and restaurant service was short staffed but not a problem for us.
