Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Location worked for us - found a very nice restaurant in walking distance to river front on first night; on second night ate at nearby pizza restaurant. Stop for tourist trolley was less than a block away.

The location was perfect, so close to River Street and right next to the city market. It was easy to walk around and navigate to and from the hotel. Parking was conveniently located at the hotel and I felt my car was safe during our stay. The balcony was worth it, we had a good view and it was relaxing to sit out there and watch the bustle of Savannah.

We stayed at this hotel with friends for the weekend. The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. While we didn't partake of the breakfast, the food did look good and lots of other patrons were eating. Easy walking distance to all of the historical sites. We will stay there again on our next trip!
