I arrived very early and checked if my room was ready, it was not which was fine as I knew I was very early however they offered and I accepted that they would text me to let me know as soon as it was ready (they said text and also got my email at the time and said they would email also). I never received anything to say my room was ready. I think about 6:00pm I made my way back to the hotel to try again and they told me room was ready and I asked why nobody had let me know and the woman at the counter said "we did" and was really quite rude about it. I can assure you I never received a text or email from the hotel. Her attitude really left me annoyed to the point if anyone asked me to recommend a hotel at Universal I would tell them to try the Sheraton next door,

Fee for water in the room. 24.00 for 4 bottles. Very expensive . Stupidly expensive . I used it to make my instant coffee. Nice to have a small cup in the morning but at 6.00 for each bottle I should have just went to Starbucks. . I also wished there was free coffee in the lobby. Most hotels provide this.

Very loud when the conference delegates all hit the bar!

Perfect location for our visit to Universal, we could either get the shuttle to the parks or walk 10 mins direct no problem. The room was lovely and spacious and had a great view. the bar was busy both nights and a great spot for a well earned post Mario cocktail

I would have liked to have some casual dining options nearby. We would have packed more snacks had we known.

It was a nice big room. Very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were perfect after the long drive there, after a long day at Universal Studios and before the long drive home. The pool being open from 5:30AM till Midnight was great! And we really enjoyed grounds around the pool and seeing the koi and turtles swimming around.

The hotel was great for one night. Service was very friendly and helpful. We were even able to check in early, which was very helpful and convenient for us. The walk to the universal studio was very short.

you did not let me enjoy the first choice of breakfast.

Breakfast was good the first buffet ($35) but not del second one($25) the receptionist was not good let it us to enjoy the first choice. according to me I get there on time. You have specific hours and you don't respect your one rules.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and it made a lot of noise when my daughter or husband moved.

The cost and prices of amenities. I do not understand why paying guests must also pay $45 per day to park. If we are in your hotel as guests, why can't we park our cars for free. The cost of the breakfast was also overwhelming for the taste. I can definitely do without the food and amenities price gouging.

I loved the location and proximity to Universal Studios. I also loved the pet friendly facility.

I did not like that the room choices did not come with breakfast. If I am spending almost $500 for a room, there should some perk as a member.
