At breakfast the tray of fruit had at least 4 moldy oranges. Anyone who has eyes should have seen the mold and the tray should have been washed and the fruit needed to be thrown away. The muffins were also very stale. The shower liner was not large enough and water continuously got on the floor and went into the hallway outside of the bathroom. I had to use all of my towels to dry it off.

The bathroom was big and spacious and had a great light!

The pool was closed. That was the main reason we came to this hotel was the swim and  hang out in the hot tub.  That was very disappointing!

The property was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud.

I booked a two queen room for 3 adults and when we arrived we were given a room with a king and we had to show the front desk a picture of the reservation specifying that we chose a double bed room before they made the switch.

The hotel was clean, staff friendly and my room was quiet.

The ac in my room made a lot of noises. The walls made noises. Then the people above me were super LOUD!! So loud that I called the front desk and complained about them. The guy said he would take a walk to check things out. An hour later the noises started up again!! Thankfully I had ear plugs! then at 8:30am the noises started again!! it was like the people were stomping and running. So RUDE!! They had no respect at all!! I thought about asking for a different room the night before, but I was already settled in for the night. My room was by a bright light outside. There aren’t any curtains on the windows. I figured out that there was a darker shade for night time. The front desk guy didn’t tell me that.

The location is near restaurants and easy access to the freeway.

Having laundry services available in the building we were staying in. I didn't want to carry loads back and forth to a partnered hotel, especially with the temperatures in the 20 to 30's

Microwave in the room was dirty and encrusted with food inside. Light next the bed burned out. Bath soap and shampoo and conditioner dispensers in shower were empty. The tissue box was left with two tissues in it so ran out immediately. No hot breakfast- just a teeny Jimmy Dean breakfast biscuit you can take back to your room to heat up in dirty microwave. Coffee in thermal carafes was bitter and awful. Pool and fitness center closed.

Room air conditioner adequately cooled the room without being excessively noisy. You can select a firm or soft pillow on the bed.

The property has been updated and is very clean. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was just right. The hotel was unable to accommodate my request for a king room since I was traveling alone and instead I ended up with a queen handicap room -- it was very large, but it was laid out well -- and I had lots of room to spread out, lol! I would stay at this property again.

The pool and hot tub were so cold the kids wouldn’t swim. The water in our room was lukewarm. We ended up cancelling our reservation and changing hotels. We checked in and left within an hour.
