Your front desk person shouldn't have had his gf there, who assulted me. He shouldn't have almost banged our door down bc we asked for a late check out. I was told cameras DID NOT WORK. MUCH MORE INFO.1

I was bumped up to a room with two beds which was amazing and I appreciated everything you guys did to help us keep our reservation and be able to stay but the room we had ended up having roaches I killed 5 before I ever went to sleep I’m sorry if that is rude to point out but I just want you guys to be able to fix it before it becomes worse

A hot mess hotel. We got there at checkin time and they told us no rooms were available sorry a while even though we already had a reservation! The water went off and when we asked about it, they said it was maintenance but didn’t give notification ahead of time. The toilet kept flushing all night long. The temperature in the shower was hot for about 2 mins and then remained cold for the duration of the FIRST shower! Complimentary breakfast was a frozen chicken sandwich and a stale muffin. The fitness center only has one working machine. The weights machine only has one handle. We asked for extra towels but they told us we couldn’t get any. We were told we couldn’t pay with our credit cards. We’ve always gotten two key cards when we go to any hotel and when I asked for a second one, the guy gave me attitude. Also, our key cards got deactivated even when they weren’t with our credit cards.

Very dissappointed that our room was not stocked when we arrived. Check in was around 3:00 pm. I informed the hotel that we wouldn't get there until 10 pm. I was traveling with my daughter, 6 yr old and 8 month old grandsons. There was only 2 sets of towels in the room and less than a half roll of toilet tissue with no extra roll. The second morning we left the sign on the door to have our room cleaned but came back to a dirty room. Cleaning crew were outside the room when we left. I requested clean towels but came back to dirty towels on floor. Also fire alarm went off around midnight on the last night. There was no notification system to let us know when it was clear to come back in. No fire department response or staff notification. We had an 8 month old and 6 year old that we had rushed out in pajamas in 30 degree weather. We were among many other cold, confused and frustrated guests. We were excited about our 3 night stay when we arrived but very dissappointed when we left.

the set up was beautiful on the outside and our room looked decent until you flicked on the light covered in baby roaches everywhere definitely took pics the big ones was not to far behind on the roof and wall had to go to buy raid luckily there was a Walmart near by asked for a different room and was told the hotel was booked to capacity and he was unable to do a refund I had to wait for his manager in the am and do to us being in the road all day I had no choice to stay funds were limited

First of all, there was no dolly to use to transport our luggage. Management seemed uncaring. The room did not have heat or a working phone. We did not know that when we arrived. When requesting a maintenance person check out the heat, was told none was available until next day between 8 and 4. This was unsatisfactory as we were attending a funeral and would not be in room. Then I went to front desk next morning to request that someone be available to look at the heating situation and was told they would personally escort the maintenance person to the room by 9:30. That did not happen. When we returned that evening, I went to the front desk and to see if anyone had even attempted to contact us and was told he "wouldn't know that". My frustration level at this point was high, so I asked for two blankets. That really did not help and now my husband and I are both suffering with colds. The hotel needs management and customer service training.

Ok we thought we had asked for a jacuzzi but got a jet tub. So we asked lady on night shift if we could upgrade and she said no. Then I was asking about the spa and where things were in the hotel and she told me she really didn't know anything. Also found out that the jet tub doesn't work. So we paid on this money for nothing

The remote to the TV did not work. There was no soap upon arrival. The telephone in the room did not work. Once someone came to fix it, no one would ever answer from the front desk. They would only answer when I called from my personal phone. I asked front desk to clean my room. They assured me it would be cleaned while I was out. That did not happen. My window in the room would not close and lock. I had to call the front desk for that issue as well. The worst part of my stay was finding roaches in the room and bathroom.

The hotel was close to restaurants.
