This is an excellent hotel! The staff here goes above and beyond!! We forgot chairs for the beach and they have loaners. The breakfast was very nice! They come around and offer extra fresh fruit and muffins. The cinnamon rolls were amazing! The rooms were amazing and comfy and the ceiling fans are awesome!! The pool was perfect and outdoor area was nice as well.

The location was great. They hotel staff was very accommodating. Our original room's toilet was inoperable, however, the front desk staff provided another room that was even more accommodating for my family and me. It was quiet and close to the beach.

Late at night when my wife and I were looking for snacks we went down to the little commissary they had in the lobby but there weren’t a lot of appetizing options. Looked a little bare.

From the start, this hotel exceeded our expectations. My wife and I were staying for our anniversary “staycation” and as soon as the manager learned this she provided glasses and a small bottle of champagne. The room was clean. The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach as well as most of the restaurants in the area. They provide chairs and wagons for the beach which was a nice surprise. We didn’t use them as we had brought our own supplies. The breakfast the next morning was DELICIOUS. For a continental breakfast they had everything you could imagine and it tasted so good. While we were sitting and eating our breakfast, Fariq, came by and offered us fresh fruit (which was individually packaged) and fresh from the oven muffins. This hotel goes above and beyond.

Very clean and comfortable. Spacious room. Breakfast was high above average for the hotel category. Super helpful staff - specially Farid (the owner). Walking distance to the beach. Publix next door.

There is no carpeting anywhere in the room. I understand why. It is close to the beach so sand and dirt will not be an issue in the room but it does make the room seem less inviting.

The breakfast was much better than the average hotel free breakfast.

There was not one thing we didn’t like. A++

Every staff member was friendly and greeted us with a smile. The owner was at breakfast each morning greeting guests and handing out fruit cups. We felt extremely welcomed and pampered almost. Rooms were very clean.

I can't really think of any complaints.

Loved the location, staff was extremely friendly, and the room was absolutely spotless. Breakfast was also fresh and tasty! The owner even came out to say hello! Publix is literally a two minute walk away, with the beach being maybe ten minutes. Budget price, luxury feel!

An Outside Pool would have been Great. They have indoor Pool there. Larger Refridge in the Room..Couldnt fit much in tiny fridge.

Beautiful property, can walk to beach 4 min walk and can walk to the Vilano pier and restaurants on the water. Close to St. Augustine trolly will Pick up at hotel.

Breakfast was good. A gentleman came around to each guest with a nice fruit cup and a slice of watermelon each carefully wrapped for freshness. Turns out that the gentleman was actually the owner of the hotel. With such a personal, hands on touch, it’s no wonder that the whole operation was excellent.

Breakfast was amazing, it went above and beyond for a continental breakfast. The pizza place right next to the hotel was really good and there was a Publix right nextdoor. Only a block from the beach. The staff was friendly.

The staff was outstanding. They worked to keep me in the same room for a second night even though I only had a reservation for one night. They were super. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had.
