They were several days out of the 11 days I stayed my room was not clean. I had asked them to clean it on one day, due to it was not cleaned the day before and it still did not get cleaned. I had to go to the front and ask for toilet paper and my trash to be changed

I booked 2 queen beds but instead was given a king bed and pullout sofa. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was empty at 8am and the coffee was lukewarm.

Breakfast was like a plastic texture. Service at front desk was very concerning. Did not explain charges made to my card in advance of charging me extra beyond the reservation amount. He was very nervous when I challenged him about it. Did not seem to be competent in his position and was not able to explain the process correctly. Hallway floors were filthy and were not cleaned during our two day stay.... not once.

We reserved this room from Expedia online. Arrived at the motel and they were over booked... No room. It was close to midnight. After waiting for an hour for the front desk to find space, we went across the street and got a room. I was charged, and have not received cooperation in crediting my card. At the present time, this motel has stolen over 100.00 from me.

Everything needs upgrading. The walls are so thin we couldn’t sleep for all the noise. I have always been a fan of Holiday Inn’s. the last two times is changing my mind.

Absolutely filthy. Toenail clippings on the couch in the room. Incredibly rude manager. NO HOT WATER (which has apparently been an issue for months, meaning towels and linens are not washed in hot water?!) floors were sticky and disgusting. I couldn’t even put my one year old down on the ground to play because her feet turned black. TV in the room did not work. Iron did not work.

DO NOT STAY HERE - asked about the hot water before we checked in and we were told it was fixed, which was a complete lie.

before check in day in advance I asked could I check in ealry and was told yes I call back the day to check in and a man tells me no they only do ealry check in for people with memeberships idk who in they right mind would pay to stay in a hotel with roaches im the bathroom then your supposed to get free breakfast but they don’t have no breakfast person on shift at all I will never stay here again and I will be filing a corporate complaint! on top of they you turn the heater on and it smells like the hotel is going to burn down bad business! i have been in hotel management and hospitality and this is not the place to stay it’s disgusting

Being called at 130am to see if paid. I think everyone pays when you check in. I first noticed my hotel room door wasn't fully closed. I checked my belongings. Everything was there. Then front desk man called and kept asking if my card was charged I explained to him yes my debit card was charged and he couldn't understand why it doesn't show anyone in that room that's why he came into my room to see if it was occupied. I told him he didn't close my door completely.

front desk attendant could not control his emotions and became extremely overwhelmed not understanding how to come up with a solution on how to handle payment information. he told us that it wasn’t his problem and threatened to quit and just walk away.

Room rate was too high for hotel being under construction (wish I would have been aware of this), breakfast was horrible. Wasn’t able to check in on time because only 1 housekeeper on property and rooms weren’t clean. Nasty, musty smell throughout the entire place. Staff wasn’t all that friendly. Will not be going back there.

The pool was nice. No outside lighting tho. And wasn’t very clean.
