It was clean, staff was great, bed was comfy, amenities were good. Breakfast was good! One of the two elevators was broken on a very busy weekend, so getting up and down from the top floor took some time, but I’m sure it isn’t a permanent problem. Good stay overall, and I would definitely stay there again.

Parts of the surrounding area were a little questionable. Not really comfortable walking any distance after dark.

The locatio was central to several restaurants and the events center.

The toilet wasn't flushing, we had to take the back off to put the trigger so it would fill back up for the next flush. In the parking garage there was no sign pointing to an elevator. We didn't find a sign until outside the gate where we no longer needed it.

The beds were comfortable and the extra luggage space, fridge and microwave were fantastic. There was even a charging corner in the entrance way.

The hotel didn't have a facility to mail postcards, so I had to walk over a mile to the closest Post Office for that. I'm not certain I received appropriate discounts; perhaps this hotel takes whatever the booking website offers. I asked about a "senior discount" and the personnel were uncertain and made a phone call, but told me nothing. I later found a posted note on their counter that mentioned discounts for seniors, military, etc. but they never addressed this with me. E

The local was perfect for all the things I wanted to do: only 3 blocks away from the Woodie Guthrie and Bob Dylan centers and only 4 blocks from the historic Greenwood district. Many great restaurants in the area, so I tried four different ones for dinner during my 4 night stay -- all easy walking distance.

The pet policy is outrageous:$75 per night per pet. Most hotels charge $20, another Holiday Inn charged $40, but $75?

Loudness of outside noise due to location.

The property was very nice and the staff were amazing. It was very loud from street noise outside in our room otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay!

No drinking water in the room. I had to request for the toothbrush and toothpaste. No slippers for use in the room. I have been to multiple Holiday Inns so I could see the difference in the food variety and amenities in the room.

Cleanliness, Staff was very helpful, peaceful. Location of the hotel, easily accessible from Airport Breakfast was hot and taste nice. Staff in the kitchen was really polite and helpful.

Our iron was broken and we got a double queen instead of the king we booked, although that may have been a glitch due to booking through the app.

Easy parking access, very clean, many amenities available, and close to a lot of restaurants and event attractions!

Great location, new clean and comfortable rooms, excellent staff, great full hot breakfast (biscuits and gravy were a dream) and parking garage. This was my second stay in less than two weeks and Holiday Inn downtown will be my go to whenever I need to stay in Tulsa.

Clean & New Hotel, friendly staff, comfortable room and nice soft king bed, great location. Free daily hot breakfast, coffee & tea was a plus. Free parking in an adjacent ramp. Gladly stay here again and highly recommend.

The staff is extremely welcoming and concerned for the safety of every guest. It was a beyond exceptional experience. I cannot recommend this property highly enough! Their suggestions for local eateries was spot on as well as the directions. Parking is easy!
