HVAC noise and constant draft in the hallway, from a vent directly across from our room (#534) was loud, as was the elevator. There were small flies in the bathroom, and the source was not apparent. The pool was not heated, so unusable at 60 degrees F. Granted this was mid February, but the hotel was full and it would have made the stay much more enjoyable. Parking near the beachside rooms was not adequate, so you had a long walk to get to those rooms most evenings. Price was good, but short term rental options were a better deal for 4 or more guests.

Had a nice oceanfront room with balcony on the top floor. Room was clean and well furnished. Lobby and other facilities were useful and clean. Pool area was well appointed and Pool Tiki Bar was generally open in good weather.

There was a lack of storage for our clothes. It would have been nice if there was a dresser. We had to leave clothes in the suitcases.

The room was big. The bed was comfortable. Rooms were cleaned every day.

They gave us a dirty room and we’re not very apologetic about it. They had about an hour and a half since we were late checking in to clean it. I believe I should have gotten either an upgrade or a discount for the inconvenience of waiting for them to get us another room.

Television could have some pay per view options or access to streaming

Hotel had a lobby and seating area for relaxing out of room. There was a bar and restaurant. The food was very good and the staff very accommodating. Rooms were nice enough.

Unfortunately the pool isn't heated, so was not used. Would be great if they had a hot tub.

Only thing we really didn't like couple in the Next Room kept us up all night fighting walls are thin could hear every word they were saying till 3:00 a.m.

The restaurant was great! The motel, pool, and beach were fine. It’s just a nice clean old motel. I normally stay at newer or renovated properties. We stayed here the same week 4 years ago and knew what to expect. I would stay here again. The property deserves a rehab but it would be more expensive so I understand where they are. Stay here and enjoy. If you are staying close, come visit the restaurant and bar.

We couldn’t enjoy our balcony much because someone was smoking and this is supposed to be a non smoking hotel

Heating unit in room never really worked correctly. Mostly cool air, not heat on the cooler days.

Liked being by the beach. Great food in the restaurant. Conveniently located to most attractions. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Smoking on the balconies (weed and cigarettes) is out of control. Most of the time we could not keep our balcony door open or sit outside due to the smoking. TV channel selection is rather small.

Facilities were old but have gone through remodeling. Room was small small but comfortable. The beach is awesome.

The outside pool bar was closed for the season. Was looking forward to cocktails by a fire

The Christmas buffet was horrible ,it was not worth the high price they charged.The turkey wasn't even a real turkey, there was only 1 choice for dessert. The only thing descent was the mash potatoes and the shrimp . Totally not worth the money they charged.

More info about the beach trolley , maybe 20% coupon for breakfast or a drink , heat the pool perhaps in the winter ( and open tiki bar for a few hours 3-6 pm ) as such a beautiful pool area . Would stay again in a heart beat though - loved the vibe .
