There is 1 hotel office that manages about 23 hotels within a 6-8 block radius. Check in was smooth but the line was very long. Parking is $18 per day, the “free breakfast” is basically a scam.

Our room was so run down, maintenance not addressed. To fix a bad situation at sometime it was all painted over in white ( bathroom tiles as well), to freshen it up, but no underlying problems fixed. Paint peeling off in shower recess, doors on wardrobe falling off, area in robe around safe was really pretty unsightly. When we first arrived I really did wonder why "Bookings" listed it to sell. Considered leaving after first night, but they had our money. Staff at check-in so indifferent, didn't offer up box of crockery and cutlery at the time which is there for the offering. Everything seemed too difficult for them..

Location, closeness to beach and cafes. Pool clean. TV in bedroom and lounge room. Breakfast OK, enough variety and the breakfast area could be so nice, again shabby. Bed comfy enough, (pillows ridiculously uncomfortable and we were jet-lagged having come from Australia). A good night's sleep is everything. Good to have kitchenette, but the cupboards were less than desirable.

Not clean , bathtub with hair and water line in bathtub . Checking in took well over an hour Was awful end thru are not giving Anything away . Don’t bother with breakfast Even the kids didn’t want to eat :(

Dirty floors. No coffee in room. Questionable guests who appear to be addicted.

The room was located 2 blocks away from the office. The floor in our room was filthy. There appeared to be homeless people staying on the facility who sat on chairs outside in distress.

They did not have my room available even though I was there hours earlier to let them know I would come back to check in on time. They gave me 2 options of inferior rooms, I paid extra for beachfront. The closest to the boardwalk was too small for my group, I had to take the bigger one further from the beach. The floors were sandy, the room was outdated didn't even have central air. But, they gave me a late checkout for my troubles.

I liked the location, it was very close to the boardwalk. The staff were friendly.

Wasn’t what i booked. Booked deluxe oceanfront and room I got was in back of building with no windows. Has an alley for my view. Staff was rude.

On booking.com it says they have an airport shuttle they do not. It would be nice in the shower if there was some kind of shelve or one of those racks that hang over the shower head to put your shampoo/shower gel, razor etc. on. Breakfast is very continental, fruit, orange tang, cereal, bagels, and hard boil eggs. I don't know where people would sit if it was raining or how that works because the room you get breakfast in is very small and you eat in an open courtyard.

Location was great for the beach and the boardwalk. Many restaurants to choose from if it's not raining, if it's a Sunday night however and it rains much of the boardwalk shuts down including the restaurants, but there is 1 or 2 open you just have to walk to find them. Boardwalk goes for 2.2 miles. You can also store your luggage at hotel until check in time.

It was very comfortable. Staff were great . Parking was a bit challenging, probably because we had no idea where we were going . The location for the beach was wonderful. The price we had was great . I would go back . 2 minute walk to beach

Stayed twice in two of the HBH locations on this trip. Would have liked to have been warned that the poolside room backed on to commercial washers that rumbled the bed - starting at 8am, since we are from the West coast this was early for us. No dishes or glassware at all in the room - ask when you check in to save a trip back to the office. Also, the breakfast ran out of most food early and not much variety. Not a big deal, just don't count on an elaborate breakfast buffet like some places have.

Location was good. Price was good. Being able to pay for late checkout was nice. Certainly was a good value for the dollars. Staff was nice. Other neighbors were friendly, was family oriented place. Pool was clean and warm. Parking was easy. Beach was nice.

There were no hangers in the clothing closet and the dresser either should be replaced our touched up/repaired. The finish was worn in places.

Location was awesome!  Easy walk to the Broadwalk. And the unit was very clean! The continental breakfast was not your typical American standard but reminded me of breakfasts’ I have had in different countries in Europe. The courtyard where the breakfast was located was super cute with a European Flair.

Fridge didn’t work , we upgraded rooms and in the middle of the night someone came into our room so somebody with a key access and said oh my bad like that had the wrong room was a little scary, found 2 dead roaches on the floor

No cable on the TV whatsoever, There's a parking fee thats so unnecessary because you can barely find parking in your assigned building. The bedroom looked sectioned off in the pictures online but it was actually all in one area. The wifi wasnt the best.

The kitchenette was very useful, the room was clean upon arrival. The shower worked perfectly & hot water gets super hot ( definitely have to be careful). The main room lights weren't coming on but then after a couple minutes they clicked on. THE POOL WAS THE BEST THING YET. Not to deep for the kid goes from 3ft to 6ft. The location of being right alongside the beach is an plus.

Dryer didn't work well and parking is cramped (got two larger dings on my new car). Parking and hotel fees make it less of of a value hotel to stay at.

They obviously have different properties. I guess since I booked my room through booking, they put us in an outdated old room. I wouldn't bring anyone here that you are trying to impress. Like I said, they have different properties which is where breakfast was. They actually looked nice over there, which was 2 blocks away.

False advertisement, and Booking is part of it. We paid for but did not have an oceanfront room because "they were booked." Customers in the lobby with the same issue. Seems to be the same thing over and over with this company and yet they continue to be allowed to do this to people.
