i didn’t love the neighborhood it seemed a bit unsafe as solo female traveler but once i arrived it was actually quite okay.

stayed here for miami go and traveling to track was really nice. the apartment was spacious and had all the facilities necessary

The floor was really dirty. I’m not sure it’s been mopped before our stay. Our feet were filthy as soon as coming out of the shower. One of the shower holders was broken and when I notified the manager she said they were aware of the issue. So seems like it was broken for some time. There were ants in the kitchen.

Great value and large space. Perfect for traveling with a large family as it’s easy to find sleeping arrangements. Full kitchen is also helpful, so we didn’t have to go out for every meal. The location is pretty good too - pretty close to many of the local attractions. Linens were fresh and AC worked well.

Although there was coffee, filters, and a coffee maker, there was no sugar or powdered milk. There was a loose piece of flooring in the bathroom.

The dishes were dirty the water pressure of the shower felt like a sprinkler system towards the end of the stay we found 2 cock roaches the small couch in the living room was uncomfortable the last night someone knocked on our back door at like 11pm multiple people thought our apartment (#12) was the main office so there should be specification on there isn’t a main office we unfortunately didn’t take any pictures because we didn’t care enough to actually do something about it

My bed was not that clean, I had bedbugs, so I wasn't happy about that. Also I had my thoughts about the airconditioning, maybe it needs a check up. I know it's a motel, but health to me its still important.

I was here in april/may To me the location was perfect, I had a car so I was easily on the highway off to go anywhere. There was a fridge and a kitchen.

old decor and furniture. staff obviously do their best to clean/present the room but room too cluttered with statuettes, vases, fake plants etc. Sofa sagged, not enough storage, very dodgy-looking electrics, tiny table for two people in a family room, no space to cook and not enough implements.

Could have been cleaner. There was a lot of hair in places like the bathroom sink and floors and the kitchenette was fair, but overall a very pleasant stay and not too bad. I would definitely recommend this place for a friend or family member because for the price and the comfortability it was worth every dollar spent.

Great location, exceptionally worth the value and more for how many days I spent there, nice staff and comfy beds and utilities were nice. Multiple beds were available and I had a couple friends stay over and enjoy the space with me and the AC and everything works perfect so no complaints there. A very good experience overall and for where it’s located and what’s around to do in very surprised it was so cheap. Also definitely make time to enjoy the patio at night cause that space is beautiful for pictures and just hanging out!

the property was nice n accommodating close to the ocean n relaxing.. The neighborhood was very nice.. The room was pretty y nice except for a few things that could of been taken care of a bit better.. but for the price it very nice would visit again

I had to fix the toilet everything we flushed the toilet, I left a message to the property manager and she never responded. All the pots and pans were completely worn out. The tefal all scratched and damaged, I had to buy a pot so I could cook. The wifi did not work properly.

I almost didn't want to give a review bc this place is a hidden gem! The price, location, and size of the space are great. It is not modern but has a cozy beach feel and everything we needed for our weekend staycation! My second time here and I will definitely be back!

The sofa bed was not suitable for sleeping. It was too hard and you felt like metal when you laid it down. Then we called a staff named Marie and she couldn't solve anything because they didn't have any more sofa bed and no mat or mattress for the sofa. In addition, he had a not very pleasant attitude when the problem was explained to him. I would really think about staying again.

The property manager exceeded beyond any expectations I had. Parking is easily accessible and the rooms have adequate light, space, and comfort. I most definitely WILL stay here again.

This apartment are infected by bed bags. We couldn't stay all 3 nights there because of biting. Very noisy : The windows have no glas. . Very hi humidity. . Not recommend stay anybody.
