The lighting in the living room was super bright, and the only other option was the stove light. A lamp would be a nice addition. We had to turn the sofa around so we could see the television, but it moved easily.

Loved staying in the historical facility. The pool and hot tub were clean and kept at just the right temps. It was very easy to get into and out of the parking area, and it felt very safe. The rooms were comfortable and well supplied with everything we needed, and it was nice to be able to wash our clothes before heading home. I could have packed half as many clothes! Restaurants, bars, and stores within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. I booked early and got a great price.

Lights were very bright in living area..maybe a dimmer would be a good idea..also seating was not very comfortable for four adults..maybe a sit up chair..bedroom fan was not controlled..only on very high speed. Also plates and silverware were very cheap.. Please know that these are only suggestions..we really liked the space and would definitely return ❤️

Having breakfast before we went out should have been great, but each morning we battled with a scarcely functioning toaster and a very poor coffee maker. There were plenty of pots and pans, which we didn't use, and some kitchen spoons and sharp knives. Bring your own corkscrew! I would have much appreciated bedside lamps or lights

The location was pleasant, away from the crowds of the French Quarter and in its own nice neighborhood. The walk back through Marigny and Bywater from more touristy places was a pleasure, exploring different streets each time, and there are a number of good restaurants within walking distance. Otherwise, it was easy to get a Lyft or Uber. Our unit was modernized, clean, comfortable and light, with good space, comfortable beds, a nice clean bathroom and some kitchen amenities. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they looked appealing. It was nice coming out in the morning into the spacious courtyard and parking area.

Only complaint, not really a complaint, was that one of showers did not work. Had full pressure on the cold setting but when turned it to hot, very very little pressure came out. So all of us used one shower. Other than that, everything was great.

The hotel was perfect for a family; but in a semi loud area. With older children, it's okay, but with a baby, it was rough at times. Had trouble using our digital keys and pin code.

The hotel was tightly secured with gates. Only guests could get in, including doors to the hotel. The staff were great at fixing any problems or complaints we had.

Seems unfinished, or geared more towards longer term stays. For instance: - Bedside tables (nightstands?) provided but no bedside lights leaving a choice between pitch black and fully bright. No dimmers for the very bright main light either. - Wardrobe has hanging space but no hangers - Kitchen has a dishwasher but no tablets provided and none in local shops, not that we'd really want to buy a whole box for one or two uses. Not sure if staff would have provided on request because we couldn't find them at the time. - Very fancy washing machine and dryer provided but these huge machines were too big for the cupboard meaning the detergent drawer would not open sufficiently because of the door frame on the left and the ironing board is forever trapped inside the cupboard on the right. We managed to use the washer by improvising a funnel from kitchen utensils. - Arrival instructions could be clearer. It's unclear which building and which gate is which from the street but all works fine once you get your head round it. It's just the finishing touches, and nothing that spoilt our stay. Like many hotels, they'd identify and fix these little issues if owners/management stayed the night once themselves.

There was not much I did not like

I was a bit worried before we arrived because the rates were low and I did not think it would be up to par but I was wrong! It was a group of us about 20 and no one had a complaint about the rooms. The rooms were nice everything was nice and clean and updated. I like that the parking lot is gated. I also like that we had a 2 bedroom 2 bath like a small apartment also equipment with a kitchen and full washer and dryer. The staff Zoe, Ashley, and Shay were all nice and very helpful. It’s not too far from Bourbon and Frenchman street. The city bus stop is located on the next corner as well.

Pretty much everything about the hotel. Other than my bed was kind of lean but me Personally, It kind of made it a little bit more comfortable. Everything was clean And spaces, we have to 2 bedroom, 2 baths. There was like a 10 minute ride to bourbon street. There is so much Exploring To do a weekend, don't do no Justice. I would recommend this hotel. Oh, and there was peanuts in the tub And the virtual key pad I really didn't like, so I'm kinda glad I got a pin to be able to get in the doors.. But other than that, it was great. We will be staying again

Seems newly renovated but could use a few touches to make it more comfortable. It had harsh ceiling lighting. It could use a lamp or dimmable light in the main area of the suite and definitely lamps on the bedroom side tables. Some hangers would be nice in the wardrobes. Some artwork on the walls. A better selection of plates, cups, silverware in the kitchen.

They had a fitness room which was under construction during our stay, but looked promising

Completely new suites, with great equipment! Big car park in front. You are at the French Quarter in around 1 h walking time. The large poll and whirlpool are also great!
