There were no extra sets of sheets in the room to use for the sofa, and the sofa looked old and dirty, it was comfortable though but I would like a cleaner sofa

Location is perfect and convenient for an early flight, very equipped with microwave, big refrigerator, kitchen etc very well equipped

The breakfast wasn’t great. Not a huge selection. Wish we could have gotten rooms with two beds instead of a bed and fold out sofa bed.

I liked the price and the location. It was a very clean room and the bed was comfortable.

I had booked in Booking.com and prepaid. when I arrived the hotel asked for my credit card and charged me for the stay. I brought up my confirmation email and showed that it was indeed already paid. she had a very hard time figuring out how to refund the double charge. I was still showing a small balance at checkout because she could not refund it correctly. She told me to leave and not worry about the balance. I would ask for a copy of the bill when you check out.

We were visiting for Parent’s Weekend at Siena College. The accommodations and location were perfect. it was close to the school and local restaurants.

Other guests were super noisy. Kids running down the hallways with loud voices. Sounded like they were playing tackle football in the room above us.

The only Issue was the air freshener that the use or scented products in front reception area, hallways in the rooms itself. It causes a person with asthma extreme breathing issues. They should avoid using these products and the room would be so much better.

Beds were comfortable, staff was amazing and most of all loved the space in the room such as the desk, full-size refrigerator and all the little extras that they provided. These included a set of dishes, cups, mugs, bowls, cutlery, paper towels and so much more.

we stayed at the hotel in Middletown, so selected this one for an Albany trip. beds and pillows were great, but sleep sofa was a bit hard, not comfortable. the cleanliness was not bad, but not as good as the other one we stayed at previously. appreciated the fitness center , and the pool was warm and open until 11 pm. very quiet.

Nothing about the inside, but parking lot could’ve had a better plow job, and the pet area didn’t have the mound of snow blocking it.

King Studio is very spacious, bathroom was spacious and the stand up shower was great! even the couch with the pullout bed was definitely a plus!! and the pet policy is awesome! didn’t get to use the pool or gym but both looks great!

Well we had a sofa bed and there was not an extra blanket OR pillow for the sleeper sofa. Also the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. Even though it was filled when we asked maybe housekeeping could have checked before to see if everything was good in the bathroom.

The bathroom shower was a little dirty and there was trash left in the Garbage from last visitor. I got locked out of my room 3 times (card key malfunction) and staff had to unlock door.
