Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI had some anxiety over the $50 " incidental" fee that wasn't disclosed prior to booking this hotel. The issue was resolved within a couple days, however, hidden fees are a big red flag for me, So although we had a good time, we will not book with home2 suits in the future.
The staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great. We also loved the pool!

United StatesThe only complaint that I have is the mattress in my room wasn’t comfortable enough. I didn’t have some what of a good nights sleep because it had some hard pressure areas that caused me to constantly turning in my sleep. I have stayed at other Home2 Suites and never had that issue.
The property was in a very good location and the property was well maintained! All the amenities were well received.

NetherlandsInitial communication could have been better - I sent an email about the shuttle / our dog (which they acknowledged when we arrived), but no reply. says on the web site that they are pet friendly, but couldn’t see the cost anywhere (FYI - it’s $70 cleaning fee).
Super comfortable beds - large clean rooms - super helpful, kind, friendly staff. one of the only hotels in the area with a 24 hours shuttle.

United StatesWould be nice to have at least clean towel service daily. Apparently Housekeeping came to do a deep clean on Day 2, which was not expected, but we left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door so did not get the service.
Property seemed rather new / well maintained and very clean. Love having the bigger refrigerator and lots of space. It was great to have the Digital Key on my phone, and this time I was able to share it with others, where as in the past I would have to get a physical key.
