Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe smoke alarm was activated and we had to evacuate our room: also the elevator had a smell, like fried foods. I guess because it is a suite with cooktops.
The suite was spacious. There was parking. The night staff at the front desk was great. The couch was comfortable, only thing I did not like after we got there the smoke alarm came out and everyone had to evacuate to go outside. It was around 11p. Besides that everything was great.

United StatesThe floors throughout the facility were very sticky and didn't seem to be clean. The room I stayed in had some dirt on the bed cover. Th bathroom had a dirty washcloth up in the corner on the shower rod. The water pressure was very poor.
The breakfast was good for the most part. The scrambled eggs were very watery on the 2nd morning of the stay. The room was comfortable for sleeping and for temperature control.

United Statesnot necessarily a disk like but I wish they had more breakfast options. They didn’t have turkey sausage or fruit, or other veggie options for people that don’t eat pork. Also add options for pancakes, there is a waffle machine but long lines for it.
I’ve stayed at this property before. it’s very nice and close to other things. the staff were super nice as usual no complaints.
