We didn't know about a daily parking fee until I called to confirm our reservation the day before we left. This needs to be front and center on the site, and shown on your reservation.

Not a big fan of valet parking, in general. It should be optional. Staffing was great, nothing to do with their service, it just a personal preference.

The pool was really cold . The shower had some mold, and the ceiling looked a little rough in the shower area. The front desk lady that checked us in looked like she had just rolled out of bed and was coughing up a lung.

The vallet attendant was really nice and accommodating. The beds were really comfortable . It was not that far walking distance from Saint Augustin center.

I DID NOT LIKE THAT I COULD ONLY VALET PARK MY CAR AND HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING WHEN THERE WAS A WHOLE PARKING LOT TO USE.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT AND CONVIENIENT. THE STAFF WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH.

More variety on breakfast would be good with the inclusion of waffles pancakes french toast or something else. Also, why was there mandatory valet parking when the entire lot was open? That was an extra that was not . A hot tub on the property would be very good and additional seating outside also in the room a larger couch that you can actually lay down on this was too short

The location was convenient we walked to downtown. Also the property was kept nicely enjoyed the pool area and the outdoor breakfast seating I wish there were more cheers outside for the tables they're seem not to be enough with everyone eating outside.

Charge for parking - no need . There is plenty of parking space in the property Service in the room only every other day. It’s not clear in the reservation.

Was very disappointed with the breakfast. Eggs and potatoes were always cold even though we got there early. Also, I did not notice anyone cleaning the dining room tables the entire week we were there. It seemed that people were wiping their own tables. Not good.

Construction right outside my window. The building they are working on is very close to the hotel. It woke me up.

I like the amenities it had to offer. Our room came with a regular size refrigerator with freezer. There was a stop top, no oven. It also had a microwave and dishwasher. Pots, silverware was provided. Picture ms of the inside are attached.

I liked the stand up shower and the toilet in the shower area with the mirror separate. The pull out couch was nice and the kitchen area was really nice.

More clearly inform customer that there is a $25/day fee for valet parking and that there is an option to park yourself outside! We were more or less directed to park to unload the car and then give keys to valet!
