You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaFront desk staff had attitudes. No hot tub- it’s a spa!! Wasn’t hot at all. Breakfast was mediocre!! Road noise was loud- even in the room!! The second bed blocked the ac unit so it was a little warm in the room with temp down to 61 (the lowest).

United States of AmericaThere was a lady that relieved the lady that checked us in and she was a horrible person. Her attitude was unacceptable. She showed her disdain for having to help when we needed to get towels. This lady started arguing with other guest and throwing things around in the breakfast area. She clearly didn't want to do anything and was upset and made it known. The same individual was very unprofessional in the way she addressed and handled anything. Arguing and being argumentative and just rude. Clearly she has a problem with even the most simplest of tasks and should probably not work with the general public. She isn't a team player or even in our opinion a quality employee. We overlooked her as best we could but someone should know she is unprofessional and makes individuals feel like they cannot ask for help or need things. That being said the young lady that checked us in was completely opposite. Then the next day during the day on Wednesday that lady was friendly and very helpful when our keys needed to be redone to get in our rooms. That one lady was relieving the lady who checked us in and then was back the next night /am. Hopefully she gets better so others do not have to feel her wrath and not want to ask for anything. She made. The experience was terrible. Our son graduated from the Military base and this being close by area she should definitely set the tone way differently.
The room and area was worth it. The staff or one in particular was horrible.

United States of AmericaThe room was out dated, shower handle broke off , paint peeling, sofa pull out mattress was stained. Pool was broken which I was not aware of. Being that it was 103 degrees my children were VERY disappointed. also there was someone else's old chick -fil-a in the microwave and the room had a odd odor. we went to Walmart and bought spray.
the staff was friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was better than expected. I cant say enough how helpful the staff was!
