First room I was placed in the room door did not close completely and no tissue in the bathroom. The room I was changed to the bathroom door was broken. I had to use the restroom and shower with the door open. Burn hole in the bed sheets. No pressure in the shower head. Moist/very humid air in the second room.

I was closer to work.

The hotel smelled like weed all day everyday. The room smelled humid and when I asked to check out on the first day, they told me I could not get a refund.

The hotel is located at a convenient location right off the highway. They had breakfast every morning which was a plus.

The bathtub was outdated. The sheets had mold that had been washed into the sheets. The building was not well secured(easy access into the building from the side door).

The location is very accessible to the highway.

hairdryer was out of work, I told the staff, he said will fix tomorrow, but he didn't, they are not friendly and ignore customer's request. room wasn't clean.

The staff was unhelpful. Didn't clean room asked for clean towels they told me to bring the dirty towels to front desk then they will give clean ones. Front desk told us we can use washing machine for guests and after putting money and clothes in the machine I realized machine wasn't working. There was stale water in the machine which stunk up our new clothes and they refuse to have housekeeping to wash clothes. He claimed housekeeping all went home and didn't know what to do next. We asked him to contact his manager he said she won't be back until Monday and we're leaving today Sunday. We have to drive 14 hours with smelly clothes. They were new clothes that we brought for this trip. Couldn't close bathroom door. Had to lift up and slide door. Toilet seat loose brother tighten it up and fix the chain in the toilet. Water was leaking on the side on the floor. I felt they could gave done something to help he didn't want to leave his desk.

This stay, the floors and shower area could be cleaned better. I cleaned them myself. I had the maid service remove sheets and replace them with clean ones, sheets smelled and looked used. Staff were young and not into customer service or greeting or talking to customers and making them feel welcome to the hotel.

Nice room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, and location was great for my needed area.. I have stayed in the hotel many times and enjoy the hotel.

Traffic in front and train behind so very noisy. No lamp by either side of the bed. Cleaning supplies had a terrible smell.

Breakfast was fine. Price reasonable.

Smoke alarm was removed from the ceiling and placed in a drawer (probably needed a new 9V battery). Air conditioner had a noisy compressor. Hotel does not have a luggage trolley and does not have an elevator.

Room had every amenity. Was a bit old, but clean. Easy access on and off Central Expressway.

Staff was nice but constantly on there phones, probably wouldn't know if you came or went by them.

the first room I received looked like someone had occupied it prior to my arrival, hair in the sheets, and the first room I was given had a shower current no a shower door. The breakfast was okay but what I don’t understand is why put cereal out if you aren’t also going to provide the milk.

The bed was comfortable , the shower had endless hot water, and one street over is a nice walking trail.

The traffic noise is constant but I was able to sleep through it. Breakfast area was small with a large man coughing with no manners.

It was actually more than I expected. Its great for the price.

I did not realize that the hotel was right on the DART rail line and that I would hear trains constantly passing by. Also there was trash on the hallway floor constantly and the floorboards in my room were cracking and sticking up so that I hit my toes on them. Also, the shower was dirty and stained looking.

It was convenient to our meeting location and saved us money over another hotel proposed by the meeting organizer.

My room was on the side of the highway couldnt get rest. Was offered another room but door wouldn't lock securely. Checked out a day early.

The breakfast was ok just glad they had hot waffles and cereal. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot and the pressure was great. Tv worked and free wifi.

Had to moved to different rooms because heater did not work. Final room that we were in had big roaches. Reported to the front desk and she did not act concerned with the problem.

The location was easy to get too.

The room was dirty and had cockroaches. Shower was filthy and we were afraid to bathe in it even after trying to clean it ourselves.

Liked that they had a room available.
