The front doors were locked and couldn't get anyone to answer the courtesy phone for 20 minutes. The desk lady was in the back having to do laundry and couldn't hear the phone. Not her fault. The owners should have a better system. The place needs some serious repair work as well

There was a bad oder in the room. There were bugs stuck in the vent above the stove. The bed was not comfortable. The kitchen sink did not work.

Room was updated, bed comfortable. It's on a busy road but near lots of restaurants. Breakfast consisted of a small area in their lobby, offering coffee/oatmeal/muffins. Staff was nice.

Although they are obviously keeping the place clean, wear and tear is extremely evident. The carpet and flooring was in very poor condition, with holes and ground-in gum or other substances. A refresh is overdue for the price.

The room was quiet and had comfortable beds. The kitchen and bathroom were clean. The location was convenient for us, as we had an unexpected flight cancellation, and it is very close to the airport.

Advertised Free breakfast, consisted of bagged oatmeal or muffins and coffee in the lobby. Not very clean in the bathroom, furniture torn. Desk clerk very cold and short, not pleasant.

You needed to request for everything that you would assume was in the room due to other renters stealing the kitchen ammenities. Any of the kitchen ammenities you needed to go to the front desk to pick up what you wanted if available which assuming at least 1 set of a kitchen item was provided. After traveling for hours to get to your room than to go back to the front desk at night with homeless lingering around was not pleasant nor safe to walk when you are at the furthest side of the facility. Room smelt like perfume masking cigerette smell. Restroom was dirty, tub old with mold around the tub to the wall. Wall coverings were nailed in or not. Extra beddings for the sofa couch not in the room with couch stained. Breakfast is neither continental all provided was coffee, granola bars and hard wrapped donuts.

Had to ask to have pool area unlocked. Pool water was not clean. Breakfast included was a joke, oatmeal, granola bars and tiny dry muffins. This cannot be classified as breakfast. One staff member made you feel like it was an inconvenience to ask any questions.

On Sunday we woke up to what sounded like a gun shot right by our bed. They woke us in the AM to change the locks on the door. The night receptionist could have alot more customer service in our opinion. There was a hair on one of the beds, had to ask for a set of sheets. There was a nail (for the walls) on the bathroom floor. The room could use a deep and detailed cleaning.

The location there was food, costco, coffee and more at walking distance.

The rug had a hole in it and needed to be replaced. The room was basically clean, tho the corners should have been cleaned.

The room was in a great location and the area around was nice. The person at the desk helped me get the best rate going thru a 3rd party. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
