-The hotel overall could use a renovation but I think that may be in the works. -The deposit required should be made known on all booking sites. $100 for standard room and $150 for suites

-conveniently close to the venue I was going to (Rise Indoor Sports-15min away) -Double room(adjoined room) greatly accommodated my family. -Staff was very pleasant and professional -overall quiet, peaceful stay. Not crowded

I don't like that the smoking rooms are broken down & we are charge an incidental fee of a $100, even though it's refunded.I've stayed in several different rooms, front side, back side, upstairs, downstairs they are clean but it always something that's broken/doesn't work. The smoking rooms should be updated like the non-smoking.

The room space, cleanliness, still offers smoking rooms & good prices. The location is walking distance to the mall & restaurants.

This was no fault of the hotel but we had a family next door up until 5:45 am. Screaming, playing, loud TV. It was crazy Never got any sleep.

Both night and day people working the desk were great. Both helpful, friendly and I really liked them!!

It could use some updating. The carpet had spots on it. The bed spread and blanket was not clean and had spots of blood on it. Could update the duvet covers/bedspreads and perhaps hardwood floors. The lamps had a little dust on them and I would prefer a recliner that is not fabric.

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that it had a microwave and refrigerator. I liked the close proximity to the highway and that I was able to go out of the door without going into the lobby. The area was well lit with lots of security cameras. Even though people were next door, it was quiet. I would stay here again

Not being told about the 100.00 deposit until they were scanning my card. Told I was getting a kung room and given a double without notice.

I was told in booking that I was getting a I ng size bed. Upon arrival it was double beds. That is the ONLY thing I DID NOT like. The room was decent. It was quiet. Check in was simple. WASNT told about 100.00 deposit at first. Still haven't received my refund.

I was particularly concerned that the room had no phone. I had asked for a wake up call and was told to call the desk from my room because of issues with the phone system. They wanted to make sure they could call the correct room. Hard to do without a phone. Think it’s unsafe to place people in rooms with no way to contact the front desk.

Metal frame on which the bed rests made a creaking noise. The mattress could have used a topper as springs could be felt. The bathroom sink pop-up stopper was missing leaving an open hole in the drain. Shower head sprayer and water pressure was very weak. My husband noted that the repair work in the bathroom was poorly done. Overall the hotel could use an update in appearance.

Easy to find, free well lit parking out front, polite staff, fair price, adequate breakfast included, liked the waffle maker. The room grounds and parking lot were clean..

I did not realize that the reason I found a room in an otherwise all booked up town was that I must have allowed selection of a "smoking" room. It was probably noted somewhere on the page, but as I did not think smoking rooms even existed any more, even in a town called Winston-Salem. I never thought to look.

Location. My only requirement was that it be near Tesla superchargers. It was very close. I liked that the manager okayed a refund, despite that it was on the spot, rather than in advance. Much appreciated!

Breakfast was lacking. It's under new management so I was surprised to find out they are no longer pet friendly.

The gentleman at the front desk has been exceptionally friendly every time I've stayed there. His name is Tom and he needs to be acknowledged for his wonderful customer service!
