The lack of any rules on breakfast nook: tables of YOUNG kids only with no parent supervision..MANY KIDS WITH NO SHOES ON..1 kid with no shirt. Kids filling tumblers and baby bottles with drinks!! You could definitely use some posted guidelines. Middle age and older guests are not amused.

Your maintenance man is the BEST. The young lady and guy who stock and serve in the breakfast nook are the BEST HARDEST WORKING employees I've ever seen!! Non stop and friendly!

The neighbors were a little loud the first night, talking on speaker phone right outside our door at midnight, but it was nothing to turn me against staying with Quality Inn again.

Location was great. Staff worked with me in accommodating my mother who is handicapped. We didn't get to try the breakfast during this trip, but all-in-all we had a pleasant visit.

Reserved 5 rooms. One out of the 5 smelled of smoke. Because we wanted all 5 rooms next to each other we were not able to be located to another room. The front desk staff was friendly and provided air freshener to help with the smoke smell. Rooms are older, but clean

Breakfast was taken away before the ending time. When we arrived which was very late and the hotel was expecting us late, the doors were locked to the front lobby. I had to call to get someone to the door. During check in the front desk clerk was talking to someone on her personal phone via speaker. She was polite but not very considerate of talking on her personal phone while working and doing her job.

Great location if staying overnight before carnival cruise. Room was comfortable and clean. Made it to the breakfast room 5 minutes before they shut it down. Made coffee first only to turn around and watch the girl take all the bacon and eggs away. Still had a minute or two remaining.
