We stayed for 3 nights, and we didn't get one day of room service. There were no towels unless we went to the desk to get them. We had to share soap and toilet paper from each room because we were tired of going to the desk. The lady at check-in was rude to customers on the phone, and she was constantly cussing. We didn't get clean sheets. For 2 days there was a housekeeper on our floor and she didn't clean our room she said the supervisor was going to clean it and we never saw a supervisor. The housekeeper had an attitude and didn't want to give us any towels. I have stayed several times, and this was the worst. One of our lamps was broken. I touched it to straighten it up, and it just fell over, and our headboards were dusty.

It was clean when we got there. The bed was comfortable.

There were cobwebs in all corners of the ceiling. The tub had very visible dirt. Microwave was dirty. The inside of the dresser drawers were dirty.The room looked like it hadn't been throughly cleaned in forever. Did not alert staff as a different room would likely be just as dirty or worse.

My stay was excellent the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious waffles,eggs,sousage links, cereal,milk fruit yogurt, bread for toast ,muffins bagels, orange juice, coffee. Great place to stay close to major stores in the area plenty of parking,free WiFi 😀 My room was equipped with a college size fridge and microwave and a coffee maker.

Our first room had bed bugs and we had to be moved at 1am in the morning. The room that we were moved to had Dirty floors and dirty bathroom door. The bathroom door lock did not work, the bathtub was dirty and the heater did not work. We were there for a tournament so we were exhausted after having to repack to move in the middle of the night. I had to request a reimbursement when it should have been offered without the need to ask for it. The night staff was amazing and helpful but manager seemed bothered by my reimbursement request.

It was bed bugs in the room tried to switch out before I stay ended but no one to be found. No help at all The girl was to busy on the shifts was with a different person every night. I stayed in the lobby for hour waiting for her return with my 2 year old son. Trying to get some juice or milk in a new room because the refrigerator wasn't working the heating unit kept switching from hot to cold and of course the bed bugs. I was only their because my son had surgery so the room was only occupied after 8 and the stay was horrible.

Unfortunately the breakfast was lacking. Had biscuits that were not fresh and had no gravy for them. No juice- machine was broke, no meat Just lacking have stayed here numerous times and this time it was not as good as in past stays! The ice machine on level 1 is not working so your inconvenienced to get ice on level 3! The hot tub has never worked as long as we have stayed needs to be replaced and taken off description on site!

The fact that when we got there .we where told they don't rent to locals. Even though we have been there handful times. The fact that our room201 heat did not work . We staid tell 6:30 and left . I was extremely sick and couldn't stay somewhere with no heat in room. Waste money.

The room was ok but wasn’t completely clean. There crumbs on the floor under the tv. Also some kind of candy or food laying under the edge of the bed. The fold over latch was broken on the door. The bathroom was clean.

There were some problems with the electricity in the room. I made a note and I reported it to the desk clerk in the morning. I didn't realize I could have reported it last night but I was too tired to try to make a room change.

I like the attitude of the staff, the ease of using the key, the convenient location, and the staff. Oh, and I really like the breakfast.

Staff laughed and smirked while I asked about my money. They tried charging $250 deposit. Normally is a $100. Not until I proved I was a rewards member for years did they wave it. Tried to still cancel the room and get another hotel. It was so bad that I didn’t even stay they got another hotel and still no money back.

Building is hiding, small sign not visible enough, need a bigger sight, building is old but need a lot of work and new amenities. Old rested noisy fridge, unplugged it so I can sleep. Bathroom door paint scratched and had two holes, sink light is had buildup debris can be removed if there real deep cleaning, the need box corner had the plastic corner patches were come off, need to be stable back, spider nest is at all room corners and ceiling. Pool had not enough bright lights , really dark and towels are not good, this pool give you that feeling like this place is neglected and no one is come there I had no issues with the staff, but for a hotel you should hire people at least look professional and have better appearance dress wise and look wise too. Light at the corridor are all light up but few are white and the rest were yellow, I believe the maintenance team the just plugging what ever they have not considering how things should function and look nice too, it is a hotel. Cleanliness is 0 , you can see dust and even where they wiped leave dirty wet dust clearly seen, like when you wipe with dirty towel. This place need a lot of work or new management that care about this hotel, they should come and do inspections by them self.

Breakfast were good enough and shout out to the lady at the kitchen, she is the best, checking on food and adding more if it goes low, cleaning the tables if someone done eating for the next people

Coffee and coffee maker in room are poor. A Keurig machine would be wonderful. I always carry my Starbucks coffee with me but the pods couldn’t be used with this pot. Coffee in lobby area wasn’t very good either.

The place was very clean, our room spacious, comfortable. We loved it. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely return.
