The shower curtain liner is short so had to be careful to not get water on the floor. The toilet paper seemed a little thin but really everything was great!

It was easy to find. Staff friendly, professional. We had requested a ground floor which we got. The breakfast was good, hot, variety good. Clean! The 1st night we weren't sure about the mattress but we think we were tired and stiff from the 9+HR drive...the 2nd night was great.

The parking lot was covered in bottle caps and broken bottles. A company is demoing an old motel next door and there was no sleeping in. None of this is the establishments fault. They were trying to care for this but, guests are just uncaring.

I could not get the wifi to work so that was irritating. And my door didn't latch right so kind-of unnerving the 2 x I came back from an outing and swimming. And I know I latched it the second time. Also the breakfast choices were ok but a bit underwhelming for what they advertise. It was cheesy eggs and sausage for a weekend breakfast. Along with the cereal muffin fruit choices. I appreciated having the eggs and sausage but would have enjoyed other toppings besides ketchup

Location is awesome. Pool was a nice warm temp. And I had it to myself so no complaints. Room and bed were comfy. Front desk staff made some very good recommendations for eating choices. Very friendly. I did not hear other guests while in my room.

Needed a Bathroom nightlight

We didn’t eat breakfast. The bedside lights and accessible outlets were perfect. I use a cpap and most hotels it has to be on the floor sometimes with the cord where I could trip. But it worked well here.

Booking.com listed the hotel had a hot tub. I asked the hotel clerk where the hot tub was located when I checked in. She informed me that they had not had a hot tub for 2 years. I told her that the website said they did. She said third party vendors (booking.com in this case) doesn't always update their websites. To verify, I checked ChoiceHotels.com and no hot tub was listed on their website. My husband and I were extremely disappointed because that is why we booked this particular hotel. Just goes to show that you should contact the individual hotel and not trust any website.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very large and bed was comfortable. Pool was warm and clean. Best hot breakfast we have had since COVID-19 started.

We heard a lot of noise from the room above us and in the hallway but I know that happens. Front desk attendant was rude and snarky. I use this app to book all hotel rooms and normally they just process payment with that credit card that I used to hold the room! This lady refused and was quite rude about it.

There was no Hazlenut creamer for the coffee; only half and half and French Vanilla. 'Not a big deal, but would've been nice. Since it's hard for me to walk, I didn't like having to walk half a mile to my room! What was the architect thinking when the elevator was put at one end? 😁

My room was rough. Blow dryer didn’t work at all, room was hot all night even with air on cool, key cards erased often and had to be reprogrammed. P

The fact that we got stranded on New Year’s Eve with a broken car and your front desk person was able to get their husband to fix my car for Cash because I couldn’t get any help in town and I was stranded with my whole family staff was very helpful
