It was clean. There's a full kitchen. When traveling I always think this can be a wonderful perk. The woman that registered us was very friendly and helpful.

Two lamps in my room didn't work, or at least I couldn't get them to work -- most of the lamps operated one way, but others didn't, so maybe I just didn't figure out these particular lamps' on/off methods. Not a big deal (there were multiple lamps available), but a minor inconvenience. There was also a washcloth attached to the shower curtain -- you couldn't see it until you closed the curtain; I wondered if it might have gotten stuck there in the wash, but I hoped it wasn't stuck there by a former guest trying to be funny (it was kind of crusty, so who knows?). I ended up feeling a little unsafe on the ground floor, but that's my fault -- the front desk asked if I minded being on the 1st floor and I said it didn't matter, but in the middle of the night with people making noise right outside my window it didn't feel quite as safe. Bed was a little soft for my taste, but other people might be fine with it. Oh, and something the hotel can't control -- there's an abandoned building right next door to the parking lot -- unsightly and a little creepy when you pull in at night; again, you can't blame Extended Stay, but if the owners could put some pressure on the city to take care of the abandoned property, that might be nice.

The front desk staff were exceptional -- friendly, efficient, everything you could ask for. I thought the room was reasonably clean. The location was fine -- I needed to travel back and forth to St Frances Medical Center, so it was close enough, maybe an 8-10 minute drive. TV was big and got a variety of stations. Air conditioning/heating worked very well. Nice to have a microwave and full size fridge in the room. The breakfast offered was very basic -- granola bars, chocolate muffins, oatmeal packets you could take back to your room to cook, coffee, hot chocolate packets -- but it was appreciated.

This was a last minute booking decision because we were too tired to drive home from a wedding. We slept very well, and the room was clean.

The rate was to expensive for the days I stayed,For contractors they’re stay is less than I paid . A friend of mine stayed there for five days through he’s Per diem for his job a week after I stayed. I recommended the hotel to my friend.And I stayed four days and still paid more. I paid $300 dollars more than my friend I paid $600. Also noise above me at 3 in the morning every morning.
