Pool was really dirty, spa temperatures were too high, and we couldn't get in due to temperatures and filthiness. Some gym equipment was not working and there was missing weights.

Leaky AC unit and a little more cleaning would be nice.

The location was wonderful and very close to restaurants. The night staff was very great and accommodating! They were literally a rockstar. The room was nice but our specific room did have a leaky AC unit so the ground was wet around the area. Not too bad though since we didn't really go near it but overall something to put in maintenance-wise. Cleaning was good there was a few areas where some stuff hasn't been cleaned. For example the sofa bed had some candy wrappers on it still and no sheets. The pool was great and not too cold. Very big and goes down to 6 ft. Hot tub / jacuzzi was great and had bubbles/jets. They even have a shower area where you can rinse off all the chlorine. Gym equipment was good as well had a treadmill that inclined. Regular stuff as well like drum bells, a yaga matt. Lastly would I go here again....yes I would actually. It was very good pricing and staff was great. Just needs a little bit more cleaning and also a few maintenance work on the AC unit itself. Ps.. There is only one elevator and it's slow and breakfast was actually so good!!

Seemed to have had a recent, poorly done paint job. Paint spatter etc. on sidewalks and in hallways. Staff was a little short on hospitality but the hotel was very busy due to the Eclipse.

The best pool and hot tub combination I’ve used in a long time. Dining, entertainment and shopping close by.

I did not like the fact we had to wait for our room to be ready. We expected to arrive at a certain time and we still had to wait a couple of hours more.

The breakfast area could have been bigger, it was crowded. We enjoyed the indoor pool although the smell of bleach was really strong.

This is my 2nd time staying here and the same issue of no hot water for taking showers or baths also bathtub becomes super slick when washing hair as no grips in the bathtub

Can't really think of much. It's a good hotel for the price!

My kids loved the pool, and the hot tub was very relaxing. Great location as we were there to go to the Ft worth zoo and The Stockyards the following day. The hotel was less than 15 minutes from both locations. The room was clean, very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. No sign of bugs! Breakfast was great, and there was plenty to choose from. And shout out to the ladies in the kitchen working their butts off to provide for the greedy, selfish, filthy guests that were there that morning. It was absurd how people were acting, but they kept cooking more and cleaning up behind them with a smile. They all deserve a raise! As well as the man working the front desk overnight, I don't remember his name, but he was very nice and accommodating!

Multiple cosmetic issues need to be addressed. Carpet tattered, paint chipping. The elevator was slow.

The location is convenient with nice views. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is delicious.

The lady at the desk allowed guests outside to prop door open to the pool area. It was 32 degrees outside and made the pool area cold. Also cigarette smoke was coming in the pool area. Then the group came inside with their box of wine and continued to drink and take over the entire area. Everyone in the pool area left including us. We all left to just let them have it. The children were very misbehaved.

The room was exceptionally nice with one problem. Late at night the cold water would turn hot, very hot!

The hotel was nice, clean and smelled really nice. This particular hotel was a good location for us in this trip since we were at Texas Health most every day we were in Fort Worth.
