It is a bit out of the way if you are into the metropolitan areas but super close to Carswell military base. Right on the free way with access to just about anywhere. My only real complaint was the facilities needs a coat of paint and the whirlpool room had a bit of a locker room smell, which I think is from the tub being in the room itself and carpeting up against it. The staff did give us heavy duty room spray which helped. Also, you have to tell them if you would like your towels refreshed and beds made. But these are all not too big of problems.

This is a very nice hotel. There are some facilities that need to be upgraded but you can see that they are underway. The Pool areas is indoors as this is nice for when it is way too humid outside and/or storming which happens often. The staff was so kind and accommodating. they met every need. the Breakfast was not bad at all. very good selection of grab and go. They do have Scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage to serve-yourself. Oatmeal and cereals and limited selection of breads and pastries but its all very adequate. they also have a do-it-yourself waffle station. We got the whirlpool room and the tub in in the room with a wall partition. Plenty of room for two people to bath together. WiFi was free and worked well. BIG PLUS-THE A/C in the room was AMAZING!!!!

Unfortunately, the pool was extremely murky and cold. Even the hot tub was cooler. The breakfast was ok but more choices would have been nice. Like hashbrowns, waffle maker, and pancakemaker. I didn't like the location. If your room is facing the highway you could hear every semi passing through the night. And even heard a few low airplanes flying by.

We were greeted by the most friendliest front clerk (Raina). She showed excitement about us being their for our new granddaughter and family. She was even very understanding and helpful when a very "protective " mother didnt want her kids on separate floor as us and very sweetly upgraded their room without extra charging us. Thank you again Raina!! Also, we very much appreciated your housekeeping staff being on top of keeping our rooms cleaned and very well supplied. Thank you!

it was ok for the price, we did a 5 day stay house keeping didn’t come one day and when I address the house keeper she said they where too busy each day!! I had to find towels every day because nobody usually haven’t came around before 12 pm !!

The beds were not real comfortable, the pillows were feather pillows and very flat even with 2 of them I had no support. The AC was not working properly and it was loud the last night I could have sworn something exploded inside the AC.

The entire facility was very clean, the staff was great the pool was great and its heated.

Breakfast was supposed to be available at 6:30 but the person fixing breakfast had not started fixing hot breakfast items. We had to be at stockyards by 7:00. There was also a work crew staying there that had to leave without breakfast. This happened all the mornings we were there.

Rooms and location was great. Liked having the kitchen area.

I usually stay here a couple of times each month and would’ve again tomorrow, but you raised your rate from $65 to $90 dollars! That’s just too much for me just to sleep. I found one in Fort Worth for $61 with a rating of 8.3! So I guess from now on I’ll be staying in Fort Worth instead of Lake Worth. Good luck with your high rates!
