The location wasn’t what I expected, but bearable

I got a room that was flooded with water, the noise to clean up was loud, the fans in the hallway were loud and right by my door, the smell from the flood leaked into my room, no heater it was a cold room, I was told I can check out at 1 and then I got a call saying I have to check out 12. Parking lot is very small, I had a uhaul. More than 1 room was flooding with water.

Bed was comfortable.

They charged me for the extra day even though I checked out e1 day earlier due to weather reasons and flight cancelation or rescheduling. I was hopeful to get my money back for the extra day on which i did not stay.

Breakfast was reasonable. Location not bad. Room not that great as expected but was big enough. The room allotted to me was too bright due to light on the outside. I prefer a more compact and quitter room which is facing the outside.

One staff member was rude. The one bad apple...everyone else was super nice! We were there visiting a dying family member at UofU Hospital, after a hard day with the medical staff understanding the situation coming in with the room not made up the front desk clerk was rude about it and didn't want to accommodate our needs for extra coffee cups and linens.

The beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom needs repair. The handle of the tub faucet came off. The floor is warped. The beds were too high.

In room 130 there has been water damage and at least 2 of the floor tiles right in front of the toilet are loose. When you step on them you can feel them move. It also creates a bit of a musty smell.

The room was nice and big and had a comfortable chair with a reading lamp. The staff was very friendly. It was very quiet.

There were two washcloths hanging on the shower curtain rod that were there when I arrived. Otherwise, this places is great.

Room was clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is awesome, because it's only a couple of blocks to the train or to restaurants. Breakfast is pretty standard, but good. I also really appreciated you working with me when we couldn't get there the first night.

Room cleaning could use some attention; e.g. if there is a couple of guests, leaving double portions of toiletries and coffee pouches would be appreciated. Totally unnecessary and cumbersome to be asking the front desk for this detail.

Room not cleaned properly on arrival, e.g hairs on bathroom floor in several places. Reported this room cleaned but hairs remained as before! Reported this again and helpful staff member dealt with this and this was resolved. All other aspects of stay were enjoyable and no further issues.

Room spacious with large bed. Breakfast plenty of choice e.g cereals, porridge, scrambled egg, bread for toast, yogurt and more. Friendly helpful staff. Able to make coffee or tea in room. good location

It didn't smell great. It was a nonsmoking room that smelldd like it had been smoked in.

They use some kind of industrial strength cleaner, so our room was overpowered by the smell of cleaning products, like an indoor pool, made my eyes water but was able to air it out. Also the floor was really sticky for some reason, best not to think about it.

Good location downtown for the price. Typical chain motel efficiency, WiFi worked well in the room. Breakfast provided.

You were using single use plastic staff for the breakfast. Nowadays, the single use of plastic fork, knifes and others things is prohibited. Please use tableware for the future.
